No. f- 1-3/2010/ 7 /4A. In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Madhya Prasdesh hereby makes the following amendments in the Madhya Pradesh Revenue (Class III Ministerial ) Service Recruitment Rules , 2017 namely

AMENDMENTS

(I) In the Said rules.-

(I) The Rule -2 ( a) shall be substituted , by the following namely :-

2( a) - " Appointing Authority " means such Authority to whom the power of appointment to the service or grade of service or posts has been delegated or may be delegated by the government as per column number " 5" of Schedule- I .

10(8)-PostsforthephysicallychallengedcandidateshallbekeptreservedaspertheordersissuedfromtimetotimebyGeneral AdministrationDepartment.

5(2)-ThemembersoftheservicesshallbeeligibletothetimescalepayscalesaspertheordersissuedfromtimetotimebyFinance

6(3)-Subjecttotheprovisionsoftheserules,themethodormethodsofrecruitmenttobeadoptedforthepurposeoffillinganyparticular vacancyorvacanciesintheservice,asmayberequiredtobefilledduringanyparticularperiodofrecruitment,andthenumberofpersonsto berecruitedbyeachmethod,shallbedeterminedoneachoccasionbytheappointingauthorityinconsultationwiththePrincipalRevenue CommissionerandwheretheappointingauthorityisPrincipalRevenueCommissioner,inconsulationwiththeStateGovernment.

6(2)-Thenumberofpersonsrecruitedunderclauses(a)orclause(c)ofsub-rule(1)shallnotatanytimeexceedthepercentageshownin

12(3)-Everyappointingauthority,onthepromotionordertobeissuedbyhim,shallendorsetotheeffectthathehasfollowedtheprovisions ofMadhyaPradeshCivilService(ReservationforScheduleCastes,ScheduleTribesandotherbackwardclasses)Act,1994(No.21,of1994) andtheorderisincompliancewiththeinstructionsissuedinlightofprovisionsofsaidActandrulesmadebythestateGovernmentandheis fullyawareoftheprovisionsofclause(1)ofsection-6ofthesaidAct.

12(1)-ACommitteeshallbeformedconsistingofthemembersmentionedinScheduled-IVformakingapreliminaryselectionforpromotion ofeligiblecandidates.

10(2)-PostsshallbekeptreservedfordirectrecruitmentforcandidatesbelongingtoScheduledCastes, ScheduledTribesandOther BackwardClassesaspertheMadhyaPradeshPublicService(ReservationfortheScheduledCastes,ScheduledTribesandOtherBackward Classes),Act,1994(No.21of1994)andaspertheordersissuedfromtimetotimebytheGeneralAdministrationDepartment.

9 (3)-Anycandidate,whohasmorethantwolivingchildren,oneofwhomisbornonorafter26thJanuary,2001shallnotbeeligibleforthe
