In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - rule (2) of rule 123 of the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Rules , 2017 the Government of Madhya Pradesh hereby makes the following amendment in this department's notification No. FA- 3-61-2017-1 - V( 101 ) dated 15th September , 2017 , namely: ---
AMENDMENT
In the said notification the Serial No. ( a) and entries thereto shall be substituted by following Serial No. and entries;--
"(a) Smt . Shanmuga Priya Mishra , Special Commissioner of State Tax"
