क्र. एफ 23-2-2018 - पैंतीस.-पशुओं में संक्रामक एवं संसर्गजन्य रोगों के नियंत्रण तथा रोकथाम अधिनियम, 2009 ( 2009 का 27 ) की धारा 6 की उपधारा ( 1 ) एवं धारा 7 की उपधारा ( 1 ) एवं ( 2 ) के प्रावधानों के तहत जिला भोपाल में ग्लैन्डर्स रोग के उद्भद के कारण रोग के बचाव, नियंत्रण एवं उन्मूलन हेतु राज्य सरकार, एतद्वारा, राज्य के भोपाल नगर निगम क्षेत्र को अश्व प्रजाति के पशुओं हेतु नियंत्रित क्षेत्र (Controlled Area ) घोषित करती है. परिणाम स्वरूप अश्व प्रजाति के सभी पशुओं के भोपाल नगर निगम क्षेत्र में आवागमन को प्रतिबंधित करती है, साथ ही इन पशुओं की दौड़, मेले, प्रदर्शनी, खेलकूद एवं एकत्रीकरण को प्रतिबंधित करती है.
No. F 23-1-2018 - XXXV. In exercise of the power conferred by sub- section ( 1 ) of Section 6 read with sub- section ( 1 ) and (2) of Section 7 of the Prevention and Control of Infectious and Contagious diseases in Animals Act, 2009 (No. 27 of 2009 ) , the Government of Madhya Pradesh hereby declares the muncipal area of Bhopal as "Controlled area " for equine species of animals to prevent and control and eradicate Glander disease and prohibits the movement of animals belonging to equine species from the place where they are kept to any other place within or outside the muncipal and also prohibits the holding of races , fair, exhibition , games and gathering of such animals in the muncipal area of Bhopal .
