In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section (3 ) of Section 9 of the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act , 2017 ( 19 of 2017) , the State Government , on the recommendations of the Council , hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of this department notification No. F A- 3-47-2017-1 - V (65 ) dated 30th June 2017 , published in the Madhya Pradesh Rajpatra ( Extraordinary ) No. 318 , dated the 30th June , 2017 , namely :-
