THE MADHYA PRADESH VIDHAN SABHA SACHIVALAYA SEVA ( SANSHODHAN ) VIDHEYAK, 2018
A Bill further to amend the Madhya Pradesh Vidhan Sabha Sachivalaya Seva Adhiniyam , 1981 .
Be it enacted by the Madhya Pradesh Legislature in the sixty - ninth year of the Republic of India as follows :-
Short title and commencement .
1. ( 1) This Act may be called the Madhya Pradesh Vidhan Sabha Sachivalaya Seva (Sanshodhan) Adhiniyam , 2018 .
(2) It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Madhya Pradesh Gazette .
Amendment of section 5.
2. In section 5 of the Madhya Pradesh Vidhan Sabha Sachivalaya Seva Adhiniyam 1981 (No. 20 of 1981 ) ,一
(i) in sub - section ( 1 ) , for the words " sixty years " occurring twice , the words " sixty two years " shall be substituted;
(ii) sub - section ( 2) shall be omitted and sub - section (3 ) and sub - section ( 4) shall be renumbered as sub - section (2) and sub - section (3 ) respectively .
STATEMENT OF OBJECTS AND REASONS
It has been decided to raise the age of superannuation from 60 years to 62 years of all employees of Madhya Pradesh Legislative Assembly Secretariat , so that it may be at par with the State Government servents . Therefore , suitable amendment is proposed in the Madhya Pradesh Vidhan Sabha Sachivalaya Seva Adhiniyam , 1981 (No. 20 of 1981) .
