क्र. बी-4-08-2018-2- पांच( 37 ) .- भारतीय स्टाम्प अधिनियम , 1899 ( 1899 का 2 ) की धारा 9 की उपधारा ( 1 ) के खण्ड (ख ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, राज्य सरकार, एतद्वारा यह निदेश देती है कि वरिष्ठ मण्डल प्रबंधक, भारतीय जीवन बीमा निगम , सतना द्वारा वित्तीय वर्ष 2018-19 के दौरान जारी की गयी बीमा पॉलिसियों पर , उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन प्रभार्य स्टाम्प शुल्क समेकित किया जा सकेगा तथा उसका भुगतान मध्यप्रदेश के किसी भी शासकीय कोषालय में निम्नलिखित शर्तों पर किया जा सकेगा, :-
1. ऐसी प्रत्येक बीमा पॉलिसी पर पृष्ठांकन द्वारा यह उपदर्शित किया जाएगा कि उस पर देय स्टाम्प शुल्क का भुगतान उपर्युक्त रीति से कर दिया गया है, ऐसा पृष्ठांकन केवल इस आदेश के अधीन भुगतान की गई समेकित स्टाम्प शुल्क की रकम की सीमा तक किए जा सकेंगे .
2. समेकित रकम रुपए 1,00,00,000 ( रुपए एक करोड़ केवल ) के भुगतान के चालान की एक प्रति मध्यप्रदेश के किसी शासकीय कोषालय में वित्तीय वर्ष ( चतुर्थ तिमाही ) के लिए आंचलिक उप- महानिरीक्षक पंजीयन, जबलपुर के कार्यालय में प्रस्तुत की जाएगी.
3. उस अवधि को, जिसके लिए शुल्क का समेकन किया गया है , समाप्त होने के तत्काल पश्चात्, बीमित राशि की पालिसी क्रमांक तथा वित्तीय वर्ष 2018-19 के प्रथम , द्वितीय, तृतीय तथा चतुर्थ तिमाही के अन्त में पॉलिसियों पर भुगतान किए गए, स्टाम्प शुल्क की सही रकम से मिलकर बनने वाली विवरणी आंचलिक उप - महानिरीक्षक पंजीयन , जबलपुर के कार्यालय को प्रस्तुत की जाएगी .

क्र. एफ बी-4-08-2018-2- पांच ( 37 ) .- भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 348 के खण्ड ( 3 ) के अनुक्रम में , इस आशय की अधिसूचना क्रमांक एफ बी-4-08-2018-2- पांच( 37 ) , दिनांक 11 जुलाई 2018 का अंग्रेजी अनुवाद राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से एतद्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है.
मध्यप्रदेश के राज्यपाल के नाम से तथा आदेशानुसार, एस. डी. रिछारिया, उपसचिव.
Bhopal , the 11th July 2018
No. B - 4-08-2018-2 - V- (37) .-In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 9 ofthe Indian Stamp Act , 1899 ( II of 1899 ) , the State Government , hereby, directs that the stamp duty chargeable under the said Act on insurance policies issued by the Senior Divisional Manager , Life Insurance Corporation of India , Satna during the financial year 2018-19 may be consolidated and paid into any Government Treasury in Madhya Pradesh on the following conditions : -
1. It shall be indicated by endorsement on each policy of insurance that the stamp duty payable thereon has been paid in the aforesaid manner. Such endorsement would be made only to the extent of consolidated stamp duty amount paid under this order .
2. A copy of the Challan of payment of consolidation amount of Rs. 1,00,00,000 ( Rupees one crore only) , in any Government Treasury of Madhya Pradesh for the Financial Year ( Four Quarter ) shall be submitted in the office of Zonal Deputy Inspector General of Registration , Jabalpur .
3. Immediately after the end of the period for which consolidation of duty has been made , the statement consisting of the policy numbers of sum insured and the exact amount of stamp duty paid on the policies at the end of First , Second , Third And Fourth quarter of Financial year 2018-19 shall be submitted to the office of Zonal Deputy Inspector General of Registration , Jabalpur .
