क्र. एफ 22-49-1985- एक- स्था.- 2 , - भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, मध्यप्रदेश के राज्यपाल , एतद्वारा , मध्यप्रदेश सचिवालय ( चतुर्थ श्रेणी ) सेवा भरती नियम, 1987 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करते हैं, अर्थात् : -
संशोधन
उक्त नियमों में, अनुसूची में , टीप ( 4 ) के पश्चात्, निम्नलिखित टीप जोड़ी जाए, अर्थात्ः-
" ( 5 ) सीधी भरती के लिए उपलब्ध रिक्त स्थानों में 20 प्रतिशत पद शासकीय विभागों /निकायों में संविदा पर कार्यरत ऐसे अधिकारियों/कर्मचारियों के लिए आरक्षित होंगे जिनके द्वारा संविदा पर न्यूनतम पाँच वर्ष की सेवा पूर्ण कर ली गयी हो , परन्तु उपरोक्त आरक्षण सुविधा का एक बार लाभ लेकर नियुक्त होने के उपरान्त पुनः लाभ की पात्रता नहीं होगी. संविदा पर कार्यरत ऐसे अभ्यर्थी द्वारा जितनी अवधि की सेवा की गयी हो, अधिकतम आयु सीमा में उतनी अवधि की छूट प्राप्त होगी, परन्तु इस छूट सहित अधिकतम आयु सीमा , पद भर्ती के लिए जारी विज्ञप्ति में निर्धारित दिनांक को 55 वर्ष से अधिक नहीं होगी . "

क्र. एफ 22-49-1985- एक-स्था. - 2, - भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 348 के खण्ड ( 3 ) के अनुसरण में, इस विभाग की अधिसूचना क्रमांक एफ- 22-49-1985- एक- स्था.-2, दिनांक 17 सितम्बर 2018 का अंग्रेजी अनुवाद राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से एतद्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है.

No. F. 22-49-1985 - I- Estt .- 2.-In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India , the Governor of Madhya Pradesh , hereby, makes the following amendment in the Madhya Pradesh Secretariat ( Class - IV) Service Recruitment Rules , 1987 , namely :-
AMENDMENTS
In the said rules , in the Schedule , after Note (4) , the following Note shall be added at the end, namely:-
"(5) Twenty percent posts of the vacancies available for the direct recruitment shall be reserved for such officers/employees who are working in Government Departments /Bodies on contract basis and have completed minimum five years of service on contract post , but after being appointed by taking benefit of reservation mentioned above , there shall be on eligibility for this benefit again. Exemption in upper age limit shall be allowed upto such period as the service has been rendered by such candidate working on contract, but the upper age limit including this exemption , shall not be more than the age of 55 years on the date prescribed in advertisement issued for the recruitment of the post . "
