1. एन.एम.डी.सी. लिमिटेड, संचालक, भौमिकी तथा खनिकर्म, म.प्र. को अधिसूचित क्षेत्र में पूर्वेक्षण कार्य प्रारंभ करने के लिए सूचना देगा.

2. पूर्वेक्षण कार्य की कालावधि 2 वर्ष के लिए होगी, यह आगामी 03 वर्ष के लिए और विस्तारित की जा सकेगी , परन्तु कुल कालावधि 5 वर्ष से अधिक नहीं होगी.

3. एन.एम.डी.सी. लिमिटेड, खान ( खनिज अन्तर्वस्तु का साक्ष्य ) नियम, 2015 के उपबंधों के अनुसार पूर्वेक्षण संक्रियाएँ संपादित करेगा तथा विहित समायावधि के भीतर विस्तृत पूर्वेक्षण रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत करेगा.

4. पूर्वेक्षण कार्य करने के पश्चात् अधिसूचित क्षेत्र में, यदि आवेदित खनिज या नवीन खनिजों की विद्यमानता प्रमाणित होती है, तो मेसर्स एन.एम.डी.सी. लिमिटेड, त्रिपक्षीय एम.ओ.यू. के अनुबंध दिनांक 27-10-2016 के अधीन वर्णित शर्तों का पालन करेगा.

5. यदि पूर्वेक्षण संक्रियाएं अधिसूचना में कथित कालावधि के अवसान के पूर्व पूर्ण हो जाता है तो राज्य सरकार द्वारा उप नियम ( 1 ) के अधीन जारी की गई इस अधिसूचना को समपृहत किया जाएगा.

6. यह अधिसूचना उन क्षेत्रों में लागू नहीं होगी , जहां उपरोक्त क्षेत्र के किसी भाग में , कोई खनि रियायत स्वीकृत है.

7. उपरोक्त अधिसूचित क्षेत्र का नक्शा संचालनालय, भौमिकी तथा खनिकर्म, म.प्र. , भोपाल तथा संबंधित जिला कलेक्टर कार्यालय (खनिज शाखा ) में उपलब्ध है.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub rule ( 1 ) of rule 67 of the Minerals (other than Atomic and Hydro - Carbons Energy Minerals ) Concession Rule , 2016, the State Government, hereby, notifies the area of 72.38 sq. km . of Pathpura - Kishangarh Block, Distt. Panna (Toposheet No. 54P/10 , 54P/ 11 , 54P/ 14 & 54P/ 15 , Pathpura Protected Forest ) in favour of M/ s N.M.D.C. Limited for prospecting work of diamond. 1. NMDC Ltd. shall intimate to Director , Geology & Mining , Madhya Pradesh about commencement of prospecting work in the notified area .

2. The period of prospecting work shall be for 2 years . This may be further extended for 3 years but the total period shall not be exceed 5 years .

3. NMDC Ltd. shall undertake prospecting operations in accordance with the provision of Minerals (Evidence of Minerals Contents ) Rule , 2015 and shall submit detailed prospecting report within prescribed time period.

4. In notified area after the prospecting work , if the existence of mineral applied for new minerals is Proved , then the M/s NMDC Limited shall comply with the conditions mentioned under tripartite Memo of Understanding Agreement dated 27-10-2016.

5. The State Government shall revoke this notification issued under sub Rule ( 1 ) if the prospecting operations are completed before the expiry of the period stated in the notification .

6. This notification shall not be applicable in those areas where any mineral concession is if granted in any part of the above area .

7. The maps of above notified area shall be available in the Directorate of Geology & Mining , Madhya Pradesh and concerned District Collecor Office (Mining Section) .

5. अधिसूचना में विनिर्दिष्ट समयावधि के पूर्व पूर्वेक्षण कार्य सम्पन्न करने की दशा में उप नियम ( 1 ) के अन्तर्गत जारी यह अधिसूचना राज्य शासन द्वारा समपृहत की जावेगी .

6. उपरोक्त क्षेत्र के किसी भाग पर यदि पूर्व से कोई खनि रियायत स्वीकृत हो तो , उस क्षेत्र पर यह अधिसूचना लागू नहींहोगी.

1. एन.एम.डी.सी. लिमिटेड, संचालक, भौमिकी तथा खनिकर्म , म.प्र. को अधिसूचित क्षेत्र में पूर्वेक्षण कार्य प्रारंभ करने के लिए सूचना देगा.

2. पूर्वेक्षण कार्य की कालावधि 2 वर्ष के लिए होगी , यह आगामी 03 वर्ष के लिए विस्तारित की जा सकेगी, परन्तु किसी भी दशा में कुल कालावधि 5 वर्ष से अधिक नहीं होगी.

4. अधिसूचित क्षेत्र में पूर्वेक्षण कार्य करने के पश्चात्, नवीन खनिजों के लिए आवेदित खनिज की विद्यमानता प्रमाणित होती है, तो मेसर्स एन.एम.डी.सी. लिमिटेड, त्रिपक्षीय एम.ओ.यू. के अनुबंध दिनांक 27-10-2016 के अधीन वर्णित शर्तों का पालन करेगा.

5. यदि पूर्वेक्षण कार्य अधिसूचना में वर्णित कालावधि के अवसान होने के पूर्व पूर्ण हो जाते है तो राज्य सरकार इस अधिसूचना को विखण्डित कर देगी.

6. यह अधिसूचना उन क्षेत्रों में लागू नहीं होगी, यदि उपरोक्त क्षेत्र के किसी भाग में, जहां कोई खनि रियायत स्वीकृत है.

7. उपरोक्त अधिसूचित क्षेत्र का नक्शा संचालनालय , भौमिकी तथा खनिकर्म कार्यालय तथा संबंधित जिला कलेक्टर कार्यालय (खनिज शाखा) में उपलब्ध है.

NMDC Ltd. shall intimate to Director , Geology & Mining , Madhya Pradesh for commencement of prospecting work in the notified area.

The period of prospecting work shall be for 2 years . This may be further extended for 3 years but in no case, the total period shall not be exceed 5 years .

If in the notified area after the prospecting work , the existence of mineral applied for new minerals is discovered , then the M/s NMDC Limited shall comply with the conditions mentioned under tripartite Memo of Understanding Agreement dated 27-10-2016.

The State Government shall revoke this notification in the prospecting operations are completed before the expiry of the period stated in the notification.

6. Thisnotification shall not be applicable in those areas where any mineral concession is granted in any part of the above area .
