कमाक एफ-04-89/ 2018 /1 / 25,भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए , राज्य सरकार, एतद्व्दारा , मध्यप्रदेश जनजातीय एवं अनुसूचित जाति शिक्षण संवर्ग ( सेवा एवं भर्ती ) नियम, 2018 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करते हैं, अर्थात्ः-

उक्त नियमों में , अनुसूची-तीन में, अनुक्रमांक 1,2 , एवं 3 तथा उनसे संबद्ध प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित अनुक्रमांक तथा उनसे संबद्ध प्रविष्टियां स्थापित की जाएं अर्थात्ः-

1.नियम 11 के उपनियिम (4 ) में विहित प्रतिशत के साथ शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण ।
संबंधित विषय में द्वितीय श्रेणी में स्नातकोत्तर उपाधि एवं बेचलर ऑफ एजूकेशन या उसके समकक्ष
2.संस्कृत पाठशाला के उच्च माध्यमिक शिक्षक ( संस्कृत) के लिए संस्कृत साहित्य / डिप्लोमा अथवा इसके समकक्ष ।
(3) आरक्षित वर्गो जैसे अनुसूचित जाति, अनुसूचित जनजातियों, अन्य पिछड़ा वर्गो तथा निःशक्त व्यक्तियों के अभ्यार्थियों को अर्हताकारी अंकों में 5 प्रतिशत तक की छूट दी जाएगी ।

In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Madhya Pradesh, hereby, makes the following amendment in the Madhya Pradesh Tribes and Scheduled Castes Teaching Cadre ( Service and Recruitment) Rules , 2018 namely -

Education or its equivalent. or Bachelor's Degree in the relevant subject with at least 50% marks and one year Bachelor Education (B.Ed. ) in

HigherSecondary ( or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 2 Year Diploma inEducation (Special Education)

2. Relaxation up to 5% in the qualifying marks shall be allowed to the candidatesbelonging to reserved categories , such as Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, other Backward Classes and perons with disabilities .
