क्र. एफ 1 (ए) -04-2019-ए- सौलह. कारखाना अधिनियम, 1948 ( 1948 का 63 ) की धारा 6 एवं 112 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, राज्य सरकार, एतद्वारा, मध्यप्रदेश कारखाना नियम, 1962 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्ः-
संशोधन
उक्त नियमों में,-
(1) नियम 18- क के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित नियम स्थापित किया जाए, अर्थात्ः-
" 18 -क ( क) कोई भी व्यक्ति इस अधिनियम के प्रयोजन के लिए कारखाना निरीक्षक के रूप में नियुक्त नहीं किया जाएगा, जब तक कि वह समय - समय पर यथा संशोधित मध्यप्रदेश श्रम सेवा ( राजपत्रित ) भर्ती नियम, 1985 में कारखाना निरीक्षक के लिए यथा विनिर्दिष्ट अर्हता न रखता हो . ".
(2) यह अधिसूचना मध्यप्रदेश राजपत्र में इसके प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होगी.
No. F. 1 (A) -04-2019 - XVI . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 6 and 112 of the Factories Act , 1948 (No. LXIII of 1948 ) , the State Government , hereby, makes the following amendment in the Madhya Pradesh Factories Rules , 1962 , namely:-
AMENDMENT
In the said rules ,-
(1 ) For rule 18 - A, the following rule shall be substituted , namely:-
" 18 -A( a ) No person shall be appointed as an Inspector of Factories for the purpose of the Act, unless he possesses the qualification as specified for an Inspector of Factories in the Madhya Pradesh Labour Service ( Gazetted Recruitment Rules , 1985 as amended from time to time . " .

(2) This notification shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Madhya Pradesh Gazette.

क्र. एफ 1 (ए ) -04-2019 - ए- सोलह. - भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, मध्यप्रदेश के राज्यपाल , एतद्वारा मध्यप्रदेश श्रम सेवा ( राजपत्रित ) भर्ती नियम, 1985 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करते हैं, अर्थात्ः-

उक्त नियमों में, अनुसूची- तीन में कॉलम (2 ) में, विद्यमान पद तथा उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित पद तथा उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियां स्थापित की जाएं, अर्थात्ः-

किसी मान्यता प्राप्त विश्व- विद्यालय या विश्वविद्यालय अनुदान आयोग द्वारा मान्यता प्राप्त संस्था से अभियांत्रिकी/ प्रौद्योगिकी की किसी शाखा में स्नातक उपाधि प्राप्त की हो. -.".
