क्र. एफ 16-3-2019- बाईस पी-1.- मध्यप्रदेश पंचायत निर्वाचन नियम, 1995 में संशोधन का निम्नलिखित प्रारूप , जिसे राज्य सरकार, मध्यप्रदेश पंचायत राज एवं ग्राम स्वराज अधिनियम , 1993 ( क्रमांक 1 सन् 1994 ) की धारा 43 के साथ पठित धारा 95 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए बनाना प्रस्तावित करती है, एतद्वारा , उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 95 की उपधारा ( 3 ) द्वारा अपेक्षित किए गए अनुसार उन समस्त व्यक्तियों की, जिनके कि उससे प्रभावित होने की संभावना है, जानकारी के लिए प्रकाशित किया जाता है और एतद्वारा , यह सूचना दी जाती है कि उक्त प्रारूप पर मध्यप्रदेश राजपत्र में इसके प्रकाशन की तारीख से पन्द्रह दिन का अवसान होने पर विचार किया जाएगा.
किसी भी आपत्ति या सुझाव पर, जो उक्त प्रारूप के संबंध में किसी व्यक्ति से ऊपर विनिर्दिष्ट उक्त कालावधि का अवसान होने पर या उसके पूर्व , अतिरिक्ति मुख्य सचिव , मध्यप्रदेश शासन , पंचायत एवं ग्रामीण विकास विभाग , मंत्रालय , भोपाल को प्राप्त हों, राज्य सरकार द्वारा विचार किया जाएगा.
प्रारूप संशोधन
उक्त नियमों में,
नियम 33 में, उप-नियम ( 1 ) में, -
( एक) खण्ड ( क ) में, शब्द और अंक " रुपए 200/- " के स्थान पर, शब्द और अंक " रुपए 400/- " स्थापित किए जाएं;

(दो) खण्ड ( ख ) में, शब्द और अंक " रुपए 1000/- " के स्थान पर, शब्द और अंक " रुपए 2000/- " स्थापित किए जाएं;
(तीन ) खण्ड (ग ) में, शब्द और अंक " रुपए 2000/- " के स्थान पर, शब्द और अंक " रुपए 4000/- " स्थापित किए जाएं; और

चार) खण्ड (घ ) में, शब्द और अंक " रुपए 4000/- " के स्थान पर, शब्द और अंक " रुपए 8000/ - " स्थापित किए जाएं;
No. F 16-3-2019 - XXII - P - 1 . The following draft of amendment in the Madhya Pradesh Panchayat Nirvachan Niyam , 1995 which the State Government proposes to make in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 43 read with sub- section ( 1 ) of the Madhya Pradesh Panchayat Raj Avam Gram Swaraj Adhiniyam , 1993 (No. 1 of 1994) is hereby published as required by sub- section ( 3) of Section 95 of the said act for the information of all persons likely to be affected thereby and notice is hereby , given that the said draft will be taken into consideration on the expiry of fifteen days from the date of its publication in the Madhya Pradesh Gazette.
Any objection or suggestion which may be received from any person with respect to the said draft on or before the expiry of the period specified above shall be considered at the office of the Additional Chief Secretary, Government of Madhya pradesh , Panchayat Avam Gramin Vikas Vibhag , Mantralaya , Vallabha Bhawan, Bhopal .

In rule 33, in sub - rule ( 1) ,一
(i) in clause (a) , for the word and figure " Rs . 200/- " , the word and figure "Rs . 400/- " shall be substituted;
(ii) in clause (b) , for the word and figure "Rs . 1000/- " , the word and figure "Rs . 2000/- " shall be substituted;
(iii) in clause ( c) , for the word and figure "Rs . 2000/- " , the word and figure "Rs . 4000/ - " shall be substituted;
(iv) in clause (d) , for the word and figure "Rs . 4000/ - " , the word and figure "Rs . 8000/- " shall be substituted;
