क्र. एफ बी- 04-01-2019-2 - पांच ( 06 ) .- भारतीय स्टाम्प अधिनियम, 1899 ( 1899 का 2 ) की धारा 9 की उपधारा ( 1 ) के खण्ड ( ख ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, राज्य सरकार, एतद्वारा यह निर्देश देती है कि दि न्यू इंडिया एश्योरेंस कार्पोरेशन लिमिटेड, भोपाल द्वारा वित्तीय वर्ष 2018-19 के दौरान जारी की गई बीमा पॉलिसियों पर, उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन प्रभार्य स्टाम्प शुल्क समेकित किया जा सकेगा तथा उसका भुगतान मध्यप्रदेश में किसी भी शासकीय कोषालय में निम्नलिखित शर्तों पर किया जा सकेगा : -
(1) ऐसी प्रत्येक बीमा पॉलिसी पर पृष्ठांकन द्वारा यह उपदर्शित किया जाएगा कि उस पर देय स्टाम्प शुल्क उपरोक्त रीति से भुगतान कर दिया गया है, ऐसे पृष्ठांकन केवल इस आदेश के अधीन भुगतान की गई समेकित स्टाम्प शुल्क की रकम की सीमा तक किए जा सकेंगे.
(2) वित्तीय वर्ष 2018-19 ( चतुर्थ तिमाही ) के लिए रुपये 10.00 लाख ( दस लाख रुपये मात्र ) की समेकित रकम के भुगतान के चालान की एक प्रति शासकीय जिला कोषालय भोपाल, मध्यप्रदेश में और आंचलिक उप महानिरीक्षक पंजीयन, भोपाल के कार्यालय में प्रस्तुत की जाएगी.
(3) उस अवधि के, जिसके लिए शुल्क का समेकन किया गया है, समाप्त होने के तत्काल पश्चात्, बीमित राशि की पॉलिसी क्रमांक तथा वित्तीय वर्ष 2018-19 की चतुर्थ तिमाही के अन्त में पॉलिसियों पर भुगतान किए गए, स्टाम्प शुल्क की सही रकम से मिलकर बनने वाली विवरणी , आंचलिक उप- महानिरीक्षक पंजीयन , भोपाल के कार्यालय को प्रस्तुत की जाएगी.

क्र. एफ बी- 04-01-2019-2 - पांच ( 06 ) .- भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 348 के खण्ड ( 3 ) के अनुक्रम में, इस आशय की अधिसूचना क्रमांक एफ बी- 04-01-2019-2- पांच ( 04 ) , दिनांक 29 मार्च, 2019 का अंग्रेजी अनुवाद राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से एतद्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है.
मध्यप्रदेश के राज्यपाल के नाम से तथा आदेशानुसार, एस. डी. रिछारिया, उपसचिव.
Bhopal , the 29th March 2019
No. F B -04-01-2019-2- V- (06) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub- section ( 1 ) of Section 9 of the Indian Stamp Act , 1899 (II of 1899 ) , the State Government , hereby , directs that the stamp duty chargeable under the said Act on Insurance policies issued by the New India Assurance Corporation Limited, Bhopal during the financial year 2018-19 may be consolidated and paid into any Government Treasury in Madhya Pradesh on the following conditions : ---
(1) Itshall be indicated by endorsement on each policy of insurance that the stamp duty payable thereon has been paid in the aforesaid manner . Such endorsement would be made only to the extent of consolidated stamp duty amount paid under this order .
(2) For the financial year 2018-19 (Fourth Quarter) a copy of the Challan of payment of consolidated amount of Rs . 10.00 Lakh (Rupees Ten lakh only) shall be submitted in Government District Treasury Bhopal Madhya Pradesh and in the office of Zonal Deputy Inspector General of Registration , Bhopal.
(3) Immediately after the end of the period for which consolidation of duty has been made , the statement consisting of the Policy numbers of sum insured and the exact amount of stamp duty paid on the policies at the end of Fourth quarter of financial year 2018-19 shall be submitted to the office of Zonal Deputy Inspector General of Registration , Bhopal .

क्र. एफ बी- 04-12-2016-2 - पांच ( 05 ) .- भारतीय स्टाम्प अधिनियम, 1899 ( 1899 का 2 ) की धारा 9 की उपधारा ( 1 ) के खण्ड ( ख ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, राज्य सरकार, एतद्वारा यह निदेश देती है कि वरिष्ठ संभागीय प्रबंधक, भारतीय जीवन बीमा निगम, भोपाल द्वारा वित्तीय वर्ष 2018-19 के दौरान अतिरिक्त रकम के लिए जारी की गई बीमा पॉलिसियों पर, उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन प्रभार्य स्टाम्प शुल्क समेकित किया जा सकेगा तथा उसका भुगतान मध्यप्रदेश में संबंधित शासकीय कोषालय में निम्नलिखित शर्तों पर किया जा सकेगा :-
(1) ऐसी प्रत्येक बीमा पॉलिसी पर पृष्ठांकन द्वारा यह उपदर्शित किया जाएगा कि उस पर देय स्टाम्प शुल्क उपरोक्त रीति से भुगतान कर दिया गया है, ऐसे पृष्ठांकन केवल इस आदेश के अधीन भुगतान की गई समेकित स्टाम्प शुल्क की रकम की सीमा तक किए जा सकेंगे.

(1) It shall be indicated by endorsement on each policy of insurance that the stamp duty payable thereon has been paid in the aforesaid manner . Such endorsement would be made only to the extent of consolidated stamp duty amount paid under this order .
(2) For the financial year 2018-19 (Fourth Quarter ) a copy of Challan of payment of consolidation amount of Rs . 1.50 crore (Rupees one crore fifty lakh ) shall be submitted in Government District Treasuty, Bhopal Madhya Pradesh and in the office of Zonal Deputy Inspector General of Registration , Bhopal.
(3) Immediately after the end of the period for which consolidation of duty has been made, the statement consisting of the Policy numbers of sum insured and the exact amount of stamp duty paid on the policies at the end of Fourth quarter of financial year 2018-19 shall be submitted to the office of Zonal Deputy Inspector General of Registration , Bhopal.
