क्र. एफ - 14-17-2007 - बयालीस -1.- मध्यप्रदेश निजी व्यवसायिक शिक्षण संस्था ( प्रवेश का विनियमन एवं शुल्क का निर्धारण ) अधिनियम, 2007 की धारा 13 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, राज्य सरकार, एतद्वारा , फीस विनियामक समिति का गठन, कार्यकरण , निबंधन तथा शर्तें विनियम, 2008 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्ः-

उक्त विनियम में, –
1. विनियम 4 में, -
( 1 ) उप - विनियम ( 1 ) में, खण्ड ( क) के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित खण्ड स्थापित किया जाए, अर्थात्ः- (क) अध्यक्ष (चेयरमेन ) , राज्य के विश्वविद्यालयों के कुलपति को अनुज्ञेय वेतन , मंहगाई भत्ता तथा ऐसे अन्य भत्तों का हकदार होगा, और सेवानिवृत्त व्यक्ति उसके द्वारा आहरित अंतिम वेतन में से पेंशन घटाकर प्राप्त करने का हकदार होगा . इसी प्रकार अपील प्राधिकारी भी पेंशन घटाकर आहरित अंतिम वेतन पाने का हकदार होगा.
(2) विनियम ( 8 ) के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित उप-विनियम स्थापित किया जायेः-
(8 ) समिति, फीस निर्धारण की प्रक्रिया के लिए प्रक्रिया/निरीक्षण फीस तथा संस्थाओं के निरीक्षण पर उपगत हुए व्यय वसूलेगी. अतिशेष राशि को कार्पस फंड में एकत्र किया जाएगा तथा उस पर प्राप्त होने वाले ब्याज का उपयोग उप - विनियम ( 7 ) के अधीन सम्मिलित व्ययों के अतिरिक्त समिति के अन्य व्ययों की पूर्ति के लिए किया जा सकेगा.
2. यह अधिसूचना राजपत्र में इसके प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होगी.

Reg . No. F 14-17-2007 - XLII - 1.-In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 13 of the Madhya Pradesh Niji Vyavsayik Shikshan Sanstha (Pravesh Ka Viniyaman Avam Shulk Ka Nirdharan) Adhiniyam , 2007 , (No. 21 of 2007) , the State Government , hereby , makes the following amendments , in the Constitution , working , terms and conditions ofthe Admission and Fee Regulatory Committee Regulation, 2008 , namely:-
AMENDMENTS
In the said Regulation ,-
1. In regulation 4,-
(1) in sub - regulation ( 1) , for clause ( a) , the following clause shall be substituted , namely:-
"(a) Chairman shall be entitled for the salary , Dearness Allowances and such other allowances admis- sible to the Vice- Chancellor of the State University and the retired persons shall be entitled for last salary drawn minus pension. Similarly, Appellate Authority shall be entitled for last pay drawn minus pension . " ;
(2) for sub regulation (8) , the following sub - regulation shall be substituted , namely:-
" (8 ) Committee shall charge processing/ inspection fee for processing the fee fixation application and for the expenses incurred on inspection of the institutions . The surplus on this account shall be credited in a Corpus Fund and interest earned on the same may be utilized for meeting other expenses of the Committee in addition to those expenses included under sub - regulation (7) of regulation 4. " .
2. This notification shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette .
