क्र. बी. - 15-41-19- चौदह- 2.- मध्यप्रदेश कृषि उपज मंडी अधिनियम, 1972 ( क्रमांक 24 सन् 1973 ) की धारा 60 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, राज्य सरकार, एतद्वारा उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 2 ( 1 ) ( क ) के तहत अनुसूची के शीर्ष " सात- फल ", शीर्ष " आठ - सब्जियाँ ", शीर्ष " दस चटनी मसाले तथा अन्य वस्तुएं " अन्तर्गत निम्नानुसार परिवर्द्धन करने तथा नवीन शीर्ष " सोलह- ड्राई फ्रूट्स ( सूखे मेवे ) " की निम्नानुसार स्थापना करने के लिए ऐसे समस्त व्यक्तियों की, जिनके कि उससे प्रभावित होने की संभावना है, जानकारी के लिये अपना प्रस्ताव प्रकाशित करती है और एतद्वारा सूचना दी जाती है कि उक्त प्रस्ताव पर इस सूचना के " मध्यप्रदेश राजपत्र " में प्रकाशित होने की तारीख से छः सप्ताह के अवसान होने पर विचार किया जायेगा.

किसी भी ऐसी आपत्ति या सुझाव पर, जो उक्त प्रारूप के संबंध में किसी व्यक्ति से , ऊपर विनिर्दिष्ट कालावधि के अवसान होने के पूर्व प्रमुख सचिव, मध्यप्रदेश शासन, किसान कल्याण तथा कृषि विकास विभाग भोपाल को प्राप्त हो, राज्य सरकार द्वारा विचार किया जायेगा .

क्र. बी. - 15-41-19- चौदह- 2.- भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 348 के खण्ड ( 3 ) के अनुसरण में, इस विभाग की समसंख्यक अधिसूचना, दिनांक 14 अगस्त 2019 का अंग्रेजी अनुवाद, राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से एतद्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है.
मध्यप्रदेश के राज्यपाल के नाम से तथा आदेशानुसार,
उपेन्द्र नाथ शर्मा , उपसचिव.

No. B - 15-41-19-XIV- 2.-In Exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Section 60 of the Madhya Pradesh Krishi Upaj Mandi Adhiniyam , 1972 (No. 24 of the year 1973 ) the State Government hereby, publish its Proposal to add new items as follows under the Heading " VII - Fruits " , " VIII - Vegetable " and " X- Condiments , Spices and Others " and insert new Heading "XVI -Dry Fruits " as follows in the Schedule under Section 2 ( 1 ) (a) of the said Act for the information of all persons likely to be affected thereby and notice is hereby given that the said proposal will be taken into consideration on the expiry of six weeks from the date of publication of this notice in the 'Madhya Pradesh Gazette"
