मध्यप्रदेश विनियोग ( क्रमांक -५ ) अधिनियम , २०१ ९

[दिनांक ६ सितम्बर , २०१ ९ को राज्यपाल की अनुमति प्राप्त हुई , अनुमति " मध्यप्रदेश राजपत्र ( असाधारण ) " में दिनांक ७ सितम्बर, २०१ ९ को प्रथम बार प्रकाशित की गई. ]

३१ मार्च, २०० ९ को समाप्त हुए वित्तीय वर्ष के दौरान कतिपय सेवाओं पर उन रकमों से, जो उन सेवाओं के लिए और उस वर्ष के लिये मंजूर की गई थीं, अधिक व्यय हुई रकमों की पूर्ति करने के लिए मध्यप्रदेश राज्य की संचित निधि में से धन के विनियोग को प्राधिकृत करने के लिये उपबंध करने हेतु अधिनियम.

भारत गणराज्य के सत्तरवें वर्ष में मध्यप्रदेश विधान - मंडल द्वारा निम्नलिखित रूप में यह अधिनियमित हो : - १. इस अधिनियम का संक्षिप्त नाम मध्यप्रदेश विनियोग ( क्रमांक -५ ) अधिनियम, २०१ ९ है.

संक्षिप्तनाम.

३१ मार्च, २०० ९ को

२. मध्यप्रदेश राज्य की संचित निधि में से, अनुसूची के कॉलम ( ३ ) में विनिर्दिष्ट वे राशियां, जिनका कुल योग ( रुपये पांच करोड़ उन्यासी लाख पच्चीस हजार सात सौ तिहत्तर ) होता है, उक्त अनुसूची के कॉलम ( २ ) में विनिर्दिष्ट सेवाओं की बाबत् प्रभारों को चुकाने के लिए ३१ मार्च, २०० ९ को समाप्त हुए वित्तीय वर्ष के दौरान उन रकमों से, अधिक व्यय हुई रकमों की पूर्ति करने के लिए दी और उपयोजित की जाने के लिये प्राधिकृत की गई समझी जाएंगी.

समाप्त हुए वर्षके कतिपय अधिक व्यय की पूर्ति करने के लिये मध्यप्रदेश राज्य की संचित निधि में से रुपये ५,७९, २५,७७३ का दिया जाना.

विनियोग.

३. इस अधिनियम के अधीन मध्यप्रदेश राज्य की संचित निधि में से दी जाने और उपयोजित की जाने के लिए प्राधिकृत की गई समझी गई राशियां, अनुसूची में अभिव्यक्त सेवाओं और प्रयोजनों के लिये ३१ मार्च, २०० ९ को समाप्त हुए वित्तीय वर्ष के संबंध में विनियोजित की गई समझी जाएंगी.

THE MADHYA PRADESH APPROPRIATION (No. 5) ACT , 2019

[Received the assent of the Governor on the 6th September , 2019 ; assent first published in the "Madhya Pradesh Gazette (Extra - ordinary) " , dated the 7th September, 2019. ]

An Act to provide for the authorization of appropriation of money out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Madhya Pradesh to meet the amounts spent on certain services during the financial year ended on the 31st day of the March, 2009 in excess of the amounts granted for those services and for that year .

Be it enacted by the Madhya Pradesh Legislature in the Seventieth year of the Republic of India as follows :-

Short title .

1. This Act maybe called the Madhya Pradesh Appropriation (No. 5) Act , 2019 .

2. From and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Madhya Pradesh the sums specified in column (3) of the Schedule amounting in the aggregate to the sum of Five Crore Seventy - Nine Lakh Twenty Five Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy Three Rupees shall be deemed to have been authorised to be paid and applied to meet the amount spent on defraying the charges in respect of the services specified in column (2) of the said Schedule during the Financial Year ended on the 31st day of March , 2009 in excess of the amounts granted for those services and for that year .

Issue of Rs. 5,79,25,773 out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Madhya Pradesh to meet certain excess expenditure for the year ended on 31st March, 2009 .

Appropriation.

3. The sums deemed to have been authorized to be paid and applied from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Madhya Pradesh under this Act shall be deemed to have been appropriated for the services and purposes expressed in the Schedule in relation to the Financial Year ended on the 31st day of March , 2009 .
