क्र. एफ 1-03-2019- एक ( 1 ) .- भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 166 के खण्ड ( 2 ) तथा ( 3 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए , मध्यप्रदेश के राज्यपाल , मध्यप्रदेश शासन कार्य नियमों में, निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करते हैं, अर्थात्ः-
संशोधन
उक्त नियमों में , भाग- पांच में कार्य नियमों के नियम 13 के अधीन, अनुपूरक अनुदेश के अधीन शीर्षक " घ - परिषद के लिए प्रक्रिया " के अधीन, मद 25 -क के स्थान पर , निम्नलिखित मद स्थापित की जाए, अर्थात्ः-
" 25 - क. मंत्रि परिषद की आर्थिक मामलों, राजनैतिक मामलों, कृषि और सहबद्ध मामलों ( कृषि केबिनेट ) , निवेश संवर्धन, पर्यटन मामलों ( पर्यटन केबिनेट ) , रोजगार मामलों ( रोजगार केबिनेट ) और मध्यप्रदेश सिविल सेवा ( पेंशन ) नियम, 1976 के नियम 8 तथा 9 के अधीन आने वाले मामलों के निराकरण हेतु गठित समितियों के संबंध में प्रक्रिया वही होगी, जो कि परिषद के समक्ष लाए जाने वाले मामलों के संबंध में अनुपूरक अनुदेश क्रमांक 13 से 25 में विहित है. इन समितियों के विनिश्चिय, समस्त प्रयोजनों के लिए, मंत्रि- परिषद् के विनिश्चय समझे जाएंगे.
स्पष्टीकरण.- इन अनुदेशों के प्रयोजन के लिए " आर्थिक मामलों की समिति ", " राजनैतिक मामलों की समिति ", " कृषि और सहबद्ध मामलों की समिति ( कृषि केबिनेट ) ", " निवेश संवर्धन की समिति ", " पर्यटन मामलों की समिति (पर्यटन केबिनेट ) ", " रोजगार मामलों के लिए गठित समिति ( रोजगार केबिनेट) " और मध्यप्रदेश सिविल सेवा (पेंशन) नियम, 1976 के नियम 8 तथा 9 के अधीन आने वाले मामलों के निराकरण हेतु गठित समिति से अभिप्रेत है, इन नामों से गठित की गई मंत्रि परिषद की समितियां.".

क्र. एफ 1-03-2019 - एक ( 1 ) .- भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 348 के खण्ड ( 3 ) के अनुसरण में, इस विभाग की अधिसूचना क्रमांक एफ 1-03-2019- एक ( 1 ) , दिनांक 19 सितम्बर 2019 का अंग्रेजी अनुवाद राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से एतद्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है.

F. No. 1-03-2019- one ( 1 ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (2) and (3) of Article 166 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Madhya Pradesh is pleased to make the following further amendment in the Madhya Pradesh Government Rules of Business , namely:-
AMENDMENT
In the said rules , in PART- V, SUPPLEMENTARY INSTRUCTION UNDER RULE 13 OF THE BUSINESS RULES , under the heading D - PROCEDURE OF THE COUNCIL, for item 25 -A, the following item shall be substituted , namely :-
"25 -A. Procedure in respect of Committees of the Council of Minister , constituted for Economic Affairs , Political Affairs , Agriculture and Allied Affairs (Agriculture Cabinet ) , Investment Promotion, Tourism matters ( Tourism Cabinet) , Employment Affairs (Employment Cabinet ) and all matters under rules 8 and 9 of Madhya Pradesh Civil Service (Pension) Rules , 1976, shall be the same as prescribed in supplementary instructions number 13 to 25 in respect of matters to be brought before the council . The decision of these Committees shall be deemed to be the decision of the Council , for all purposes .
Explanation . For the purposes of these instructions , "Committee for Economic Affairs " , " Committee for Political Affairs " , "Committee for Agriculture and Allied Affairs " , (Agriculture Cabinet ) , "Committee for Investment Promotion " , "Committee for Tourism Matters (Tourism Cabinet ) " , " Committee for Employment Affairs (Employment Cabinet) " and committee for all matters under rules 8 and 9 of Madhya Pradesh Civil Service (Pension) Rules , 1976 shall mean committees of the council constituted by these names ." .
