क्रमांक एफ 14-17-2007 - बयालीस ( 1 ) .-मध्यप्रदेश निजी व्यावसायिक शिक्षण संस्था ( प्रवेश का विनियमन एवं शुल्क का निर्धारण) अधिनियम, 2007 ( क्रमांक 21 सन् 2007 ) की धारा 12 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, राज्य सरकार, एतद्वारा , प्रवेश नियम, 2008 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-

उक्त नियमों में, नियम 7 में, उप- नियम ( 11 ) के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित उप- नियम स्थापित किया जाए, अर्थात्: - " ( 11 ) ए आई सी टी ई दिशानिर्देशों के अनुसार समय - समय पर घोषित शिक्षण शुल्क छूट योजना ए आई सी टी ई द्वारा अनुमोदित समस्त संस्थानों में अनिवार्य होगी. योजना के अंतर्गत छूट केवल प्रवेश तथा शुल्क विनियामक समिति द्वारा यथा निर्धारित शिक्षण शुल्क की रकम तक सीमित होगी और शिक्षण शुल्क से भिन्न कोई शुल्क अभ्यर्थियों द्वारा स्वयं वहन किया जाएगा . इस वर्ग में अभ्यर्थियों के उपलब्ध न होने की दशा में, इन स्थानों को अन्य वर्ग के अभ्यर्थियों से नहीं भरा जाएगा . इस वर्ग के अन्तर्गत प्रवेशित अभ्यर्थी को पाठ्यक्रम की सम्पूर्ण अवधि के लिये अपनी ब्रांच या संस्था परिवर्तित करने का अधिकार नहीं होगा. इन स्थानों के लिये प्रवेश प्रक्रिया एवं परामर्श ( काउंसलिंग ) नियमित प्रवेश के सदृश तथा सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा अधिसूचित किए गए अनुसार होगी. इस योजना के अंतर्गत केवल मध्यप्रदेश के मूल निवासी अभ्यर्थी ही प्रवेश के लिये पात्र होंगे. " .

F 14-17-2007 - XLII- 1.- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 12 of the Madhya Pradesh Niji Vyavsayik Shikshan Sanstha (Pravesh Ka Viniyaman Avam Shulk Ka Nirdharan) Adhiniyam , 2007 (No. 21 of 2007 ) , the State Government, hereby , makes the following amendments in the Admission Rules , 2008 , namely :-

In the said rules , in rule 7 , for sub -rule ( 11 ) , the following sub - rule shall be substituted , namely :-
"(11) Tuition Fee Waiver scheme , as per AICTE guidelines declared from time to time shall be mandatory in all institutes approved by AICTE. The Concession under Scheme shall be limited up to the amount of tuition fees only as determined by the Admission and Fees Regulatory Committee and any fee other than tuition fee , shall be borne by the candidates themselves . In case of non - availability of the candidates in this category , these seats shall not be filled from the candidates of other category . Candidates admitted under this category shall have not right to change their branch or institution for entire duration of course . The admission procedure and counselling for these seats shall be similar as of regular admission and as notified by the competent authority . Only candidates having domicile of Madhya Pradesh shall be eligible for admission under this scheme . " .
