THE MADHYA PRADESH AYURVIGYAN PARISHAD (DWITIYA SANSHODHAN)
VIDHEYAK, 2019
ABill further to amend the Madhya Pradesh Ayurvigyan Parishad Adhiniyam, 1987.
Be it enacted by the Madhya Pradesh Legislature in the Seventieth year of the Republic of India as follows :-
Short title and commencement .
1. (1) This Act may be called the Madhya Pradesh Ayurvigyan Parishad (Dwitiya Sanshodhan) Adhiniyam , 2019 .
(2) It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Madhya Pradesh Gazette .
Amendment of Schedule.
2. In Schedule of the Madhya Pradesh Ayurvigyan Parishad Adhiniyam , 1987 (No. 11 of 1990) , after he existing entries , the following entries shall be added , namely :-
(1) Diploma in Anesthesia D.A. "College of Physician and Surgeon, Mumbai
D G. M.
(2)
Diploma in General Medicine
D. P. M.
(3) Diploma in Psychological Medicine
D. G. S.
(4) Diploma in General Surgery
D. M. R. E.
(5) Diploma in Medical Radiology and Electrology
D. E. M. E. " .
(6) Diploma in Emergency Medicine
STATEMENT OF OBJECTS AND REASONS
There is scarcity of specialised physicians and surgeons in Government hospitals . In order to meet out the need of specialised physicians and surgeons , the State Government has executed an agreement with the College of Physicians and Surgeons . Mumbai so that their Diploma Courses in Anesthesia , General Medicine , Psychological Medicine , General Surgery, Medical Radiology and Electrology, Emergency Medicine may be started in Government hospitals for the candidates selected in National Eligibility- cum -Entrance Test Therefore , suitable amendment is proposed in the Schedule to the Madhya Pradesh Ayurvigyan Parishad Adhiniyam , 1987 (No. 11 of 1990) .
2. Hence this Bill .
