क्र. एफ- 1-176-2018-बीस - 1.- भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, मध्यप्रदेश के राज्यपाल, एतद्वारा , मध्यप्रदेश राज्य स्कूल शिक्षा सेवा ( शैक्षणिक संवर्ग ) सेवा शर्तें एवं भर्ती नियम, 2018 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करते हैं, अर्थात्:-

उक्त नियमों में,-
1. नियम 11 में, उप- नियम (7) में, खण्ड (क) के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित खण्ड प्रतिस्थापित किया जाए , अर्थात्ः-
" (क) मध्यप्रदेश लोक सेवा (अनुसूचित जातियों, अनुसूचित जनजातियों और अन्य पिछड़े वर्गों के लिए आरक्षण) अधिनियम , 1994 (क्रमांक 21 सन् 1994) के उपबंधों, सामान्य प्रशासन विभाग द्वारा उसकी अधिसूचना क्रमांक -एफ-6-1 / 2002/ आ.प्र./ एक, दिनांक 19 सितम्बर , 2002 द्वारा जारी किए गए अनुदेशों के अनुसार, मध्यप्रदेश लोक सेवा (अनुसूचित जातियों, अनुसूचित जनजातियों और अन्य पिछड़े वर्गो के लिए आरक्षण) नियम , 1998 और राज्य शासन द्वारा , समय-समय पर जारी किये गये आदेश के अनुसरण में , अनुसूचित जातियों,

अनुसूचित जनजातियों, अन्य पिछड़े वर्गो और अनारक्षित प्रवर्ग के आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर वर्ग के अभ्यार्थियों के लिए पद आरक्षित किए जाएंगे । " ।
2. नियम 13 के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित नियम प्रतिस्थापित किया जाए, अर्थात्ः-
"13. परिवीक्षा-
सीधी भर्ती के पद पर प्रथमतः तीन वर्ष की परिवीक्षा अवधि होगी । परिवीक्षा अवधि में उस पद के वेतनमान के न्यूनतम का प्रथम वर्ष 70 प्रतिशत , द्वितीय वर्ष में 80 प्रतिशत एवं तृतीय वर्ष में 90 प्रतिशत राशि, स्टायपेंड के रूप में देय होगी । परिवीक्षा अवधि सफलतापूर्वक पूर्ण करने पर वेतनमान में वेतन दिया जाना प्रारंभ किया जाएगा । परिवीक्षा अवधि में असफल होने पर नियुक्तिकर्ता प्राधिकारी द्वारा सुनवाई का अवसर देने के पश्चात् परिवीक्षा अवधि एक वर्ष के लिए बढ़ाई जा सकेगी । बढ़ी हुई परिवीक्षा अवधि के लिए तृतीय वर्ष के अनुसार ही स्टायपेंड देय होगा । परिवीक्षा अवधि सफलतापूर्वक पूर्ण नहीं करने पर परिवीक्षा अवधि पर नियुक्त लोकसेवक की सेवाएं समाप्त कर दी जाएगी ।

In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India , the Governor of Madhya Pradesh , hereby, makes the following amendments in the Madhya Pradesh School Eduction Service (Teaching Cadre ) Service Conditions and Recruitment Rules , 2018 , namely:-
AMENDMENTS
In the said rules , -
1. In rule 11 , in sub - rule (7) , for clause (a) , the following clause shall be substituted , namely : -
"
(a) In accordance with the provisions of the Madhya Pradesh Lok Seva (Anusuchit Jatiyon , Anusuchit Janjatiyon Aur Anya Pichhade Vargon Ke Liye Arakshan) Adhiniyam , 1994 ( No. 21 of 1994 ) , the 1062 ( 1 ) मध्यप्रदेश राजपत्र , दिनांक 26 दिसम्बर 2019
directions given by the General Administration Department in its Notification No. - F - 6- 1/ 2002 / Reservation Cell / One , dated 19th September , 2002 , the Madhya Pradesh Lok Seva (Anusuchit Jatiyon , Anusuchit Janjatiyon Aur Anya Pichhade Vargon Ke Liye Arakshan) Niyam , 1998 and in compliance of the orders issued by the State Government from time to time in this behalf, the posts shall be reserved for the candidates belonging to the Scheduled Castes , Scheduled Tribes , Other Backward Classes and Economically Weaker Sections . " .
2 . For rule 13 , the following rule shall be substituted , namely: -
" 13. Probation.-
Firstly, there shall be three years ' probation on the direct recruitment posts . During the probation period 70 percent of the minimum of the basic pay in the first year , 80 percent in second year and 90 percent in the third year shall be paid as stipend . After successful completion of probation period , the payment in the pay scale shall be commenced . In case of failure in the probation period , an opportunity of hearing shall be given and afterwards the probation period can be extended for one year . For the extended probation period the stipend as was given in the third year , shall be paid. The probation period is not completed successfully , then the services of the persons so appointed on probation shall be terminated . " .
