क्र. एफ 5-3- ( 9-4 )2017 - उनतीस - 2.- भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, मध्यप्रदेश के राज्यपाल, एतद्वारा , मध्यप्रदेश राज्य उपभोक्ता विवाद प्रतितोषण आयोग , रजिस्ट्रार ( भर्ती तथा सेवा शर्तें) नियम, 2019 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करते हैं, अर्थात्ः-
संशोधन
उक्त नियमों में, नियम-3 में:-
1. खण्ड ( घ ) के पश्चात्, निम्नलिखित खण्ड अन्तःस्थापित किया जाए, अर्थात्ः- " (घ- एक) ' अध्यक्ष ' से अभिप्रेत है , आयोग के अध्यक्ष ":
2. नियम-6 में , शब्द " राज्य शासन " के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित शब्द अन्तःस्थापित किया जाए, अर्थात्ः- " आयोग के अध्यक्ष के परामर्श से. "
3. नियम-8 तथा 9 का लोप किया जाए.
4. नियम-10 में, शब्द " राज्य शासन " के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित शब्द अन्तःस्थापित किया जाए, अर्थात्ः- " आयोग के अध्यक्ष के परामर्श से. "

5. नियम -11 के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित नियम स्थापित किया जाए, अर्थात्ः-
" 11. रजिस्ट्रार के कृत्य एवं कर्तव्य.- रजिस्ट्रार के कृत्य एवं कर्तव्य वही होंगे , जो आयोग के अध्यक्ष द्वारा उन्हें समय-समय पर समनुदेशित किए जाए "
6. नियम-12 में, उप- नियम ( 1 ) में, शब्द " राज्य शासन " के पश्चात्, निम्नलिखित शब्द अन्तःस्थापित किया जाए, अर्थात्ः-
" आयोग के अध्यक्ष के परामर्श से . "
No. F 5-3-(9-4) 2017 - XXIX- 2.- In exercise of the powers conferred by the provision to Article 309 of the Constitution of India , the Governor of Madhya Pradesh , hereby , makes the following amendments in the Madhya Pradesh State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission Registrar (Recruitment and Service Conditions ) Rules , 2019 , namely:-
AMENDMENTS
In the said rules , in rule 3 ,-
1. after clause ( d ) , the following clause shall be inserted , namely :-" (d - i )
'President ' means the President of the Commission;
2. With the consultation of the President of the Commission . " In rule 6 , after the words " State Government " the following words shall be inserted , namely:-
3. Rule 8 and 9 shall be omitted.
4. In rule 10, after the words " State Government " , the following words shall be inserted , namely:- "with the consultation of President of the Commission ." .
5. For rule 11 , the following rule shall be substituted , namely :-
"11 . Function and Duties of the Registrar . The functions and duties of the Registrar shall be as may be assigned by the President of the Commission to him from time to time .".
6. In rule 12 , in sub - rule ( 1 ) , after the words "State Govenment " , the following words shall be inserted , namely:-
"with the consultation of President of the Commission ." .
