क्र. एफ ए- 3-50-2019-1- पांच ( 07 ) .- राज्य सरकार, मध्यप्रदेश माल और सेवा कर अधिनियम, 2017 ( क्रमांक 19 सन् 2017) की धारा 146 के साथ पठित मध्यप्रदेश माल और सेवा कर नियम, 2017 का नियम 48 का उपनियम ( 4 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, परिषद् की सिफारिशों पर, उक्त नियमों के नियम 48 के उपनियम ( 4 ) के निबंधनों में बीजक तैयार करने के प्रयोजन के लिये निम्नलिखित को सामान्य माल और सेवा कर इलैक्ट्रॉनिक पोर्टल के रूप में अधिसूचित करती है, अर्थात्:-

(i) www.einvoice1.gst.gov.in;

(ii) www.einvoice2.gst.gov.in;

(iii) www.einvoice3.gst.gov.in ;

(iv) www.einvoice4.gst.gov.in;

(v) www.einvoice5.gst.gov.in;

(vi) www.einvoice6.gst.gov.in;

(vii) www.einvoice7.gst.gov.in;

(viii) www.einvoice8.gst.gov.in ;

(ix) www.einvoice9.gst.gov.in;

(x) www.einvoice10.gst.gov.in .

स्पष्टीकरण.- इस अधिसूचना के प्रयोजनों के लिये, उपरोक्त उल्लिखित वेबसाइटों से माल और सेवा कर नेटवर्क, एक ऐसी कंपनी जो कंपनी अधिनियम , 2013 (2013 का 18 ) की धारा 8 के उपबंधों के अधीन निगमित है, द्वारा व्यवस्थित वेबसाइट अभिप्रेत है.

2. यह अधिसूचना 1 जनवरी , 2020 को प्रवृत्त होगी.

क्र. एफ ए- 3-50-2019-1- पांच.- भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 348 के खण्ड ( 3 ) के अनुसरण में, इस आशय की अधिसूचना क्र. एफ ए- 3-50-2019-1- पांच ( 07 ) , दिनांक 14 फरवरी 2020 का अंग्रेजी अनुवाद राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से एतद्वारा प्रसारित किया जाता है .

मध्यप्रदेश के राज्यपाल के नाम से तथा आदेशानुसार,

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 146 of the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 ( 19 of 2017) read with sub- rule (4) of rule 48 of the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Rules , 2017 , the State Government , on the recommendations of the Council , hereby, notifies the following as the Common Goods and Services Tax Electronic Portal for the purpose of preparation of the invoice in terms of sub- rule ( 4) of rule 48 of the aforesaid rules , namely :-

(i) www.einvoice1.gst.gov.in;

(ii) www.einvoice2.gst.gov.in ;

(iii) www.einvoice3.gst.gov.in;

(iv) www.einvoice4.gst.gov.in;

(v) www.einvoice5.gst.gov.in ;

(vi) www.einvoice6.gst.gov.in ;

(vii) www.einvoice7.gst.gov.in;

(viii) www.einvoice8.gst.gov.in ;

(ix) www.einvoice9.gst.gov.in;

(x) www.einvoice10.gst.gov.in.

Explanation . For the purposes of this notification , the above mentioned websites mean the websites managed by the Goods and Services Tax Network , a company incorporated under the provisions of section 8 of the Companies Act , 2013 ( 18 of 2013 ) .

2. This notification shall come into force with effect from the 1st day of January , 2020 .
