क्रमांक- एफ-8-1-2020- नियम- चार. राज्य शासन द्वारा भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए मध्यप्रदेश मूलभूत नियम में निम्नलिखित संसोधन करती है, अर्थात्:-

उक्त नियमों में, नियम 22 सी में, उप- नियम (1 ) के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित उप- नियम स्थापित किया जाए , अर्थात्,:-
1) (क) लोक सेवा आयोग से चयनित प्रत्याशी की नियुक्ति होने पर परिवीक्षा काल में वेतनमान का न्यूनतम प्राप्त करेगा.

(ख) ऐसी सेवायें , जिनके लिये मध्यप्रदेश लोक सेवा आयोग द्वारा चयन की अनुशंसा नहीं की जाती चयनित शासकीय सेवक को तीन वर्ष की परिवीक्षा अवधि में निम्नानुसार स्टायपेण्ड देय होगा:-
प्रथम वर्ष उस पद के वेतनमान के न्यूनतम का 70 प्रतिशत;
द्वितीय वर्ष उस पद के वेतनमान के न्यूनतम का 80 प्रतिशत;
तृतीय वर्ष उस पद के वेतनमान के न्यूनतम का 90 प्रतिशतः
परन्तु परिवीक्षा अवधि में स्टायपेंड के साथ अन्य भत्तें शासकीय सेवक की तरह प्राप्त होंगे. "

Letter No. -F- 8-2020- Rule- IV.- In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of india, the Government of Madhya Pradesh , hereby, makes the following amendment in the Madhya Pradesh Fundamental Rules , namely : -
AMENDMENT
In the said rules , in rule 22C , for sub - rule( 1.) , the following sub - rule shall be substituted, namely: - "( 1 ) (a) On appointment of a candidate selected through Public Service Commission, Shall receive the minimum of the pay scale during the probation period .
(b).The services for which selection is not recommended , by the Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission , the following stipend shall be payable to the selected govern- ment servant during the probation period of three years : -
(i) First year - 70% of the minimum of the pay scale of the post ;
(ii) Second year - 80% of the minimum of the pay scale of the post ;
(iii) Third year - 90% of the minimum of the pay scale of the post:
Provided that during probation period, along with the stipend , other allowances shall be received as a government servant . "
