क्रमांक विधान - रा.स. निर्वा.-2020( 1 ) , - लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 की धारा 29 की उपधारा ( 1 ) के उपबन्धों के अनुसरण में, मैं, ए. पी. सिंह, रिटर्निंग ऑफिसर, मध्यप्रदेश विधान सभा के निर्वाचित सदस्यों द्वारा निर्वाचन के लिये, राज्य सभा में तीन स्थानों को भरने के लिये, जिनका कार्यकाल दिनांक 9 अप्रैल, 2020 को समाप्त हो रहा है , निर्वाचन आयोग के पूर्वानुमोदन से समिति कक्ष क्रमांक -2 ( एम-02 ) , मध्यप्रदेश विधान सभा भवन, भोपाल को ऐसे स्थान के रूप में नियत करता हूं जहां निर्वाचन आयोग की अधिसूचना क्रमांक 318/रा.स. - मल्टी/2020 ( 1 ) , दिनांक 6 मार्च, 2020 के अनुसरण में उक्त निर्वाचन के लिये मतदान होगा.

Biennial Election by the elected members of Madhya Pradesh Legislative Assembly to fill the vacancies in the Council of States.

NOTIFICATION

No. Vidhan -R.S . Nirva . - 2020( 1 ) .- In pursuance of the provisions of sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 29, of the Representation of the People Act , 1951 , I , A. P. Singh , Returning Officer for the Election by the elected Members of the Madhya Pradesh Legislative Assembly to fill three seats in the Council of States , on the retirement of three members on the 9th April , 2020, hereby fix , with the previous approval of the Election Commission, the Committee Room No. 2 (M-02 ) of the Madhya Pradesh Vidhan Sabha Bhawan , Bhopal as the place of poll at which a poll will be taken in pursuance of the Election Commission's Notification No. 318/CS - MULTI/2020 ( 1 ) , dated the 6th March , 2020 .

निर्वाचन की सूचना

मध्यप्रदेश विधान सभा के निर्वाचित सदस्यों द्वारा राज्य सभा के रिक्त स्थानों की पूर्ति हेतु द्विवार्षिक निर्वाचन.

क्रमांक विधान - रा.स.निर्वा. -2020(2).-एतदद्वारा सूचना दी जाती है कि-

(1) मध्यप्रदेश विधान सभा के निर्वाचित सदस्यों द्वारा राज्य सभा के तीन सदस्यों का निर्वाचन होना है;

(2) नाम-निर्देशन पत्र रिटर्निंग ऑफिसर को या संहायक रिटर्निंग ऑफिसर को अभ्यर्थी या उसके प्रस्थापक द्वारा दिनांक 13 मार्च , 2020 से अपश्चात् (लोक अवकाश दिन से भिन्न) किसी दिन 11.00 बजे पूर्वाह्न और 3.00 बजे अपराह्न के बीच मध्यप्रदेश विधान सभा भवन, भोपाल में परिदत्त किये जा सकेंगे;

नाम-निर्देशन पत्र के प्ररूप पूर्वोक्त स्थान और समयों पर अभिप्राप्त किये जा सकेंगे;

(4) नाम-निर्देशन पत्रों की संवीक्षा मध्यप्रदेश विधान सभा भवन, भोपाल में दिनांक 16 मार्च, 2020 को अपराह्न 2.00 बजे की जावेगी;

(5) अभ्यर्थिता वापस लेने की सूचना , अभ्यर्थी या उसके प्रस्थापक या उसके निर्वाचन अभिकर्ता द्वारा , जो अभ्यर्थी द्वारा उसे परिदत्त करने के लिये लिखित में प्राधिकृत किया गया हो, ऊपर पैरा (2) में विनिर्दिष्ट ऑफिसरों में से किसी को उसके कार्यालय में दिनांक 18 मार्च, 2020 को 3.00 बजे अपराह्न से पूर्व परिदत्त की जा सकेगी; तथा

(6) निर्वाचन लड़े जाने की दशा में दिनांक 26 मार्च , 2020 , को प्रातः 9.00 बजे और अपराह्न 4.00 बजे के बीच मतदान होगा.

NOTICE OF THE ELECTION

Biennial Election by the elected members of Madhya Pradesh Legislative Assembly to fill the vacancies in the Council of States .

No.Vidhan -R.S.Nirva . - 2020(2 ) .- Notice is hereby given that-

(1) an election is to be held of three members to the Council of States by the elected members of the Madhya Pradesh Legislative Assembly ;

(2) nomination papers may be delivered by Candidate or his proposer to the Returning Officer or to the Assistant Returning Officer at the Madhya Pradesh Vidhan Sabha Bhawan , Bhopal between 11.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. on any day ( other than a public holiday) not later than the 13th March , 2020;

( 3) forms of nomination paper may be obtained at the place and times aforesaid;

(4) the nomination papers will be taken up for scrutiny at 2.00 p.m. on the 16th March , 2020 at the Madhya Pradesh Vidhan Sabha Bhawan , Bhopal ;

(5) notice of withdrawal of candidature may be delivered by the candidate or his proposer or his election agent , who has been authorised in writing by the candidate to deliver it, to either of the Officers specified in paragraph (2) above at his Office before 3.00 p.m. on the 18th March, 2020; and

( 6) in the event of the election being contested the poll will be taken on the 26th March , 2020 between the hours of 9.00 in the morning and 4.00 in the afternoon .
