कमांक एफ. 1-14/2017/ 1/ 59:: मध्यप्रदेश होम्योपैथी परिषद अधिनियम 1976 (क्रमांक 19 सन् 1976) की धारा 51 की उपधारा (1) तथा उप -धारा (2) के खण्ड (झ) और (ञ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए , राज्य सरकार, एतद्वारा, मध्यप्रदेश होम्योपैथी परिषद अधिकारी तथा अन्य सेवक (भरती तथा सेवा की शर्तें) नियम , 1996 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात:-

उक्त नियमों में,-

अनुसूची- तीन में, प्रथम श्रेणी पद में , अनुक्रमांक 1 तथा उससे सम्बन्धित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित अनुक्रमांक तथा उससे सम्बन्धित प्रविष्टियाँ स्थापित की जाएं, अर्थात्:-

No. F. 1-14/2017/1/59 :: In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 1) and clause (i ) and (j ) of sub- section ( 2) of Section 51 of the Madhya Pradesh Homoeopathy Parishad Adhiniyam , 1976 ( No. 19 of 1976) , the State Government, hereby makes the following amendments in the Madhya Pradesh Homoeopathy Parishad officer and other servants (Recruitment and conditions of services ) Rules , 1996, namely : -

In the said rules -
(1) In Schedule - III , in Class- l , Post for Serial number 1 and entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries relating thereto shall be substituted , namely : -

(i ) Post Graduate Degree in "Homoeopathy " from any recognized University and five years Administrative experience; and
(ii) Preference shall be given to Law Graduate applicant . " (2) In Schedule- IV, in column (2) , against serial number 1, for the word "Superintendent ", the words "Superintendent / Stenographer " shall be substituted .
