क्र. -एफ-बी- 04-05-2020-2- पांच ( 32 ) .- भारतीय स्टाम्प अधिनियम, 1899 ( 1899 का 2 ) की धारा 9 की उपधारा ( 1 ) के खण्ड ( ख ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, राज्य सरकार, एतद्वारा , यह निदेश देती है कि बीमा कंपनी द्वारा आवेदित अवधि के दौरान सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा जारी बीमा पॉलिसियों पर प्रभार्य स्टाम्प शुल्क के समेकन एवं भुगतान हेतु निम्नलिखित प्रक्रिया अपनाई जाए:-
(1) स्टाम्प शुल्क के समेकन हेतु आवेदन उप महानिरीक्षक पंजीयन या उच्चतर प्राधिकारी के कार्यालय में प्रस्तुत किया जाएगा । ऐसे अधिकारी द्वारा समेकन की अनुज्ञा के संबंध में आदेश जारी होने के पश्चात् समेकित रकम का भुगतान किन्हीं भी शासकीय कोषालयों में किया जाएगा तथा चालान की प्रति सबधित उप - महानिरीक्षक पजीयन कार्यालय में प्रस्तुत की जाएगी ।
(2) प्रत्येक बीमा पॉलिसी पर पृष्ठांकन द्वारा यह उपदर्शित किया जाएगा कि उस पर देय स्टाम्प शुल्क उपर्युक्त पैरा 1 में वर्णित रीति में संदत्त कर दिया गया है । ऐसा पृष्ठांकन केवल पैरा 1 में वर्णित आदेश के अधीन संदत्त की गई समेकित स्टाम्प शुल्क की सीमा तक ही किया जा सकेगा ।
(3) उस अवधि के , जिसके लिए शुल्क का समेकन किया गया है, समाप्त होने के तत्काल पश्चात्, महानिरीक्षक पंजीयन द्वारा विहित किए गए अनुसार तथा यथा निर्धारित रीति में

बीमित रकम के पॉलिसी कमांक तथा सुसंगत वित्ती वर्ष / वर्षो की प्रथम , द्वितीय , तृतीय एवं चतुर्थ तिमाहियों के अन्त में पॉलिसियों पर संदत्त किए गए स्टाम्प शुल्क की सही रकम से मिलकर बनने वाली विवरणी प्रस्तुत की जाएगी ।

क्र. एफ. बी- 04-05-2020-2- पांच ( 32 ) .- भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 348 के खण्ड ( 3 ) के अनुक्रम में, इस आशय की अधिसूचना क्र. एफ. बी- 04-05-2020-2- पांच ( 32 ) , दिनांक18 मई 2020 का अंग्रेजी अनुवाद राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से एतद्वारा , प्रकाशित किया जाता है.

ORDER
No. B -04-05-2020-2 -V(32) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub- section ( 1 ) of Section 9 of the Indian Stamp Act , 1899 (No. II of 1899) , the State Government, hereby, directs that following procedure shall be adopted for consolidation and payment of Stamp duty chargeable on insurance policies issued by Competent authority during the period for which the Insurance company has applied for:-
(1 ) Application for consolidation of stamp duty shall be submitted in the office of Deputy Inspector General of Registration or higher authority . after issuance of order by such officer regarding permission of consolidation, payment of consolidated amount shall be made in any of the Government treasuries and copy of the challan shall be submitted in the office of the concerned Deputy Inspector General of Registration .
(2) It shall be indicated by an endorsement on each policy of insurance that the stamp duty payable there on has been paid in the manner mentioned in the para 1 above . Such endorsement would be made only to the extent of consolidated stamp duty paid under the order mentioned in para 1 .
(3) Immediately after the end of the period for which consolidation of duty has been made, the statement in the manner as prescribed by Inspector General of Registration consisting of Policy numbers of sum ensured and the exact amount of Stamp duty paid on the policies at the end of forFirst , Second, Third and Fourth quarter of relevant financial year/years shall be submitted in the manner as prescribed by Inspector General of Registration .
