क्र. एफ 3-1-2020- पैंतीस.- भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, मध्यप्रदेश के राज्यपाल , एतद्वारा , मध्यप्रदेश पशु चिकित्सा तृतीय श्रेणी ( अलिपिक वर्गीय ) सेवा भर्ती नियम, 2006 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करते हैं , अर्थात्ः-
संशोधन
उक्त नियमों में, -
(1) नियम-8 में, अनुसूची-तीन के कालम 4 एवं कालम 5 में, विद्यमान अंक के स्थान पर , अंक 18 एवं 40 क्रमशः स्थापित किए जाएं;
(2) नियम-11 में, अनुक्रमांक 9 के पश्चात निम्नलिखित अनुक्रमांक जोड़े जाएं , अर्थात्ः- "10, ऐसे कर्मचारियों के लिए अवसर प्रदान करने के लिए जो संविदा नियुक्ति पर हैं, भरे जाने वाले पदों की 20% रिक्तियां, संविदा कर्मचारियों के लिए आरक्षित रहेंगी। परन्तु संविदा पदों की अप्राप्यता पर रिक्त पदों को नियमित नियुक्ति से जाएंगा। 11, राज्य के आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर वर्ग के लिए 10% पद आरक्षित रहेंगे जो मध्य प्रदेश में किसी आरक्षण के अंतर्गत नहीं आते हैं । "
(3) नियम क्रमांक 13 में निम्नलिखित नियम स्थापित किया जाएं , अर्थातः-
" ऐसी सेवायें जिनके लिये मध्यप्रदेश लोक सेवा आयोग द्वारा चयन की अनुशंसा नहीं की जाती है, चयनित शासकीय सेवक को तीन वर्ष की परिवीक्षा अवधि के दौरान निम्नलिखित

प्रशिक्षु भत्ता देय होगा:-
(1 ) प्रथम वर्ष
पद के वेतनमान के न्यूनतम का 70%।
(2) व्दितीय वर्ष
पद के वेतनमान के न्यूनतम का 80 % ।
(3) तृतीय वर्ष
पद के वेतनमान के न्यूनतम का 90 % ।
परन्तु यह कि परिवीक्षा अवधि के दौरान प्रशिक्षु भत्ता देय होगा एवं अन्य भत्ते शासकीय सेवक को यथा देय संदत्त होंगे । " ।
No. F - 3-1-2020 - XXXV. In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India , the Governor of Madhya Pradesh , hereby, makes the following amendments in the Madhya Pradesh Veterinary Class - III ( Non ministerial) Service Recruitment Rules , 2006 , namely :-

In the Said rules , -
(1) In rule 8 , in schedule III , in column 4 and 5 for the existing figures , the figure 18 and 40 shall be substituted respectively ;.
(2) In rule, After serial no 9, the following serial no . shall be added namely: - "10. To provide opportunity to the employees who are on contractual appointment 20% vacancies of the posts to be filled shall be reserved for contractual employees.But on the non availability of contract posts , vacant posts will be filled up by regular as appointment.
11. 10% posts shall be reserved for the economically weaker section of the state which are not covered under any reservation in Madhya Pradesh .
(3) In rule 13, the Following rule shall be substituted, namely: -
"The services for which selection is not recommend , by the Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission, the following stipend shell be payble to the selected government servent during the probation period of three year : -
(1) First year - 70% of the minimum of the pay scale of the post .
(2) First year - 80% of the minimum of the pay scale of the post .
(3) Firstyear - 90% of the minimum of the pay scale of the post .
Provided that during probation period stipend shall be paid and other allowance shall be paid as payable to the government servent . " .
