अधि. क्र. 475- एफ-1-15-2018-अठारह- 3.- मध्यप्रदेश नगरपालिक निगम अधिनियम , 1956 ( क्रमांक 23 सन् 1956 ) की धारा 14 की उप - धारा ( 2 ) के साथ पठित धारा 433 एवं मध्यप्रदेश नगरपालिका अधिनियम , 1961 ( क्रमांक 37 सन् 1961 ) की धारा 32की उप - धारा ( 2 ) के साथ पठित धारा 355 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, राज्य सरकार, एतद्वारा , राज्य निर्वाचन आयोग के परामर्श से, एतद्वारा , मध्यप्रदेश नगरपालिका निर्वाचन नियम , 1994 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-

उक्त नियमों में,-
1. नियम 26 में , उप- नियम ( 1 ) में, -
( 1 ) खण्ड ( क) में, उपखण्ड ( दो ) में , शब्द तथा अंक " रु. 5000/-" के स्थान पर, शब्द तथा अंक " रु. 3000/- " स्थापित किए जाएं;
(2) खण्ड ( क) में, उपखण्ड ( तीन) में , शब्द तथा अंक " रु. 10,000/- " के स्थान पर, शब्द तथा अंक " रु. 5000/-" स्थापित किए जाएं;
2. नियम 75 - क में , शब्द, अंक तथा कोष्ठक " धारा 24 की उपधारा ( 3 ) " के स्थान पर, शब्द, अंक तथा कोष्ठक " धारा 24 की उपधारा ( 2 ) " स्थापित किए जाएं तथा शब्द, अंक तथा कोष्ठक " धारा 47 की उपधारा ( 3 ) " के स्थान पर, शब्द, अंक तथा कोष्ठक " धारा 47 की उपधारा ( 2 ) " स्थापित किए जाएं;

Noti . No. 475 - F 1-15-2018 - XVIII - 3.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (2) of Section 14 read with 433 of the Madhya Pradesh Municipal Corporation Act , 1956 (No. 23 of 1956) and Section 355 read with sub - section (2 ) of Section 32 of the Madhya Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1961 (No. 37 of 1961 ) the State Government , in consultation with the State Election Commission , hereby, makes the following amendments in the Madhya Pradesh Nagar Palika Nirvachan Niyam , 1994 , namely:-
AMENDMENTS
In the said rules ,-
1. In rule 26 , in sub - rule ( 1 ) ,-
(1) In clause (a) , in sub - clause ( ii ) , the words and figure " Rs . 5000/- " , the words and figure "Rs . 3000/- " shall be substituted .
(2) in clause ( a) in sub - clause (iii ) , for the words and figure " Rs . 10,000/- , the words and figure " Rs . 5000/- " , shall be substituted .
2. In rule 75 - а ,-
(1) for the words , brackets and figure " sub - section (3 ) of Section 24 " , the words , brackets and figure " sub - section (2) of Section 24 " shall be substituted .
(2) for the words , brackets and figure " sub- section (3 ) of section 47 " , the words , brackets and figure " sub - section ( 2 ) of Section 47 " shall be substituted .
3. In Form - 3 , for the para , the following para shall be substituted , namely: --
"I, Proposer, nominates the following for the election of Municipal Corporation/Munucipality/Muncipal Council." .
