निवेश क्षेत्र सीमाओं का विवरण

1. उत्तर ग्राम जूनापानी एवं ग्राम माहोली की उत्तरी सीमा के मिलान बिन्दु से ग्राम माहोली कीपश्चिमी उत्तरी- पूर्वी सीमा होते हुए ग्राम रोंदिया की उत्तरी सीमा होते हुए ग्राम इजगिरी की उत्तरी सीमा होते हुए ग्राम दिल्लोद की उत्तरी - पूर्वी सीमा होते हुए ग्राम दिल्लोद एवं ग्राम खादमपुर की पूर्वी सीमा के मिलान बिन्दु तक ।

2. पूर्व ग्राम दिल्लोद एवं ग्राम खादमपुर की पूर्वी सीमा के मिलान बिन्दु से ग्राम खादमपुर की पूर्वी सीमा होते हुए ग्राम चाँदबड खादिम की पूर्वी सीमा होते हुए ग्राम जेतपुरा की पूर्वी सीमा होते हुए ग्राम जेतपुरा एवं ग्राम मुढ़ियाखेड़ा की पूर्वी सीमा के मिलान बिन्दु तक।

3. दक्षिण ग्राम जेतपुरा एवं ग्राम मुढ़ियाखेड़ा की पूर्वी सीमा के मिलान बिन्दु से ग्राम मुढ़ियाखेड़ा की दक्षिणी सीमा होते हुए ग्राम गुनगा की दक्षिणी सीमा होते हुए ग्राम करोंदिया की दक्षिणी सीमा होते हुए ग्राम कुटकीपुरा की दक्षिणी सीमा होते हुए ग्राम भुनग्याई की दक्षिणी-पश्चिमी सीमा होते हुए ग्राम भुनग्याई एवं ग्राम उनीदा की पश्चिमी सीमा के मिलान बिन्दु तक ।

4. पश्चिम - ग्राम भुनग्याई एवं ग्राम उनीदा की पश्चिमी सीमा के मिलान बिन्दु से ग्राम उनीदा की पश्चिमी सीमा होते हुए ग्राम कलारा की पश्चिमी सीमा होते हुए ग्राम जूनापानी की पश्चिमी उत्तरी सीमा होते हुए ग्राम जूनापानी एवं ग्राम माहोली की उत्तरी सीमा के मिलान बिन्दु तक ।

भारत सरकार , ग्रामीण विकास मंत्रालय , नई दिल्ली से स्वीकृत उक्त निवेश क्षेत्र में निम्नानुसार प्रावधान किया गया है:-

(अ) ग्रामीण विकास मंत्रालय , भारत सरकार द्वारा श्यामा प्रसाद मुखर्जी रूर्बन मिशन योजना अंतर्गत ऐसे ग्रामीण संकुल तैयार करना है जिनसे क्षेत्र में उपलब्ध संसाधनो से विकास केंद्र बनाने की संभावनाएं हो । इस योजना से ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों के समूहो में समग्र विकास को बढ़ावा मिलेगा एवं आर्थिक कार्यकलापों के अवसर उपलब्ध कराके, कौशल स्थानिक उहामशीलता की विकसित करके तथा अधोसंरचना संबंधी सुविधाए उपलब्ध कराकं इन सकुला की तैयार किया जावेगा । मध्यप्रदेश राजपत्र, दिनांक 29 जनवरी 2021

92(1) (ब) गुनगा संकुल को श्यामा प्रसाद मुखर्जी रुर्बन मिशन के तहत गैर जनजातीय संकुल के रूप में चुना गया है । भारत सरकार द्वारा जारी दिशानिर्देश अनुसार संकुल की कार्ययोजना का 30 प्रतिशत या 30 करोड़ (अधिकतम) गैर जनजातीय क्षेत्र को पूरक वित्तपोषण राशि (क्रिटिकल गैप फंड) प्रावधानित की गयी है जिसकी एकीकृत क्लस्टर कार्य योजना गुनगा संकुल के विकास के लिए तैयार की गयी है । समेकित क्लस्टर कार्य योजना में विकास कार्य रूर्बन मिशन के 16 वांछनीय घटकों के अनुसार सम्मिलित किया गया है ।

भारत सरकार द्वारा जारी श्यामा प्रसाद मुखर्जी राष्ट्रीय रुर्बन मिशन (NRuM) के कार्यान्वयन की रूपरेखा के अनुसार , भोपाल जिले के गुनगा संकुल को मध्य प्रदेश पंचायत राज एवं ग्राम स्वराज अधिनियम, 1993 की धारा 51 एवं 7 - छक के तहत निवेश क्षेत्र के रूप में घोषित किया गया है । इसलिए सरकार ने उपयुक्त संकुल को निवेश क्षेत्र के रूप में अधिसूचित करने का निर्णय लिया है, जिससे मिशन के उद्देश्यों की पूर्ति की जा सके । F-2-1-2021 - XXII - P - 1.-

WHEREAS , the Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India as per D.O. letter No. J- 12011 / 01 /2016 - RURBAN (pt.1 ) dated 14th August 2018, have identified Gunga cluster of Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Rurban Mission in Berasia Block of Bhopal district , consisiting of 13 Gram Panchayat covering an area of 110.78 Sq. Km revenue land as a planning area as per the rights conferred under Section 51 and 7 - GA of the Madhya Pradesh Panchayat Raj and Gram Swaraj Adhiniyam , 1993. Description of the Planning Area Boundaries

1. North From the Northern junction point of Village Junapani and Village Maholi going through the Western- Northern - Eastern boundaries of Village Maholi to the Northern boundary of Village Rondia to the Northen boundary of Village Ijagiri to the Northern- Eastern boundaries of Village Dillod till the Eastern junction point of Village Dillod and Village Khadampur.

2. East From the Eastern junction point of Village Dillod and Village Khadampur going through the Eastern boundary of Village Khadampur to the Eastern boundary of Village Chandbad Khadim to the Eastern boundary of Village Jaitpura till the Eastern junction point of Village Jaitpura and Village Mudia Kheda .

3. South From the Eastern junction point of Village Jaitpura and Village Mudia Kheda going through the Southern boundary of Village Mudia Kheda to the Southern boundary of Village Gunga to the Southern boundary of Village Karondiya to the Southern boundary of Village Kutkipura to the Southern- Western boundaries of Village Bhungiyai till the Westernjunction point of Village Bhungiyai and Village Uneeda.

4. West From the Western junction point of Village Bhungiyai and Village Uneeda going through the Western boundary of Village Kalara to the Western - Northern boundaries of Village Junapani till the Northern junction point of Village Junapani and Village Maholi .

As approved by the Ministry of Rural Development , Government of India, New Delhi the following provisions are made in the planning area of the said cluster:-

1. The Ministry of Rural Development , Government of India has launched a new scheme named Shvama Prasad Mukherii Rurban Mission ( SPMRM ) . in a bid to transform rural areas to make them economicalty , socratty and physically sustainable spaces . The mission aims to develop growth clusters in rural areas which have latent potential for growth . This in turn would trigger development all over the region . These clusters would be developed by provisioning of Economic activities and development of cluster as growth centers .

2. Gunga cluster has been chosen as a non- tribal cluster under Shyama Prasad Mukherji Rurban Mission . According to the Guideline of Government of India , 30% or 30 Crore (maximum) fund of the cluster work plan is to be given to non- tribal cluster as Critical Gap Fund ( CGF ) . Its integrated Cluster Action Plan is prepared for the development of Gunga cluster . In Integrated Cluster Action Plan , Development work is included according to desirable 16 components .

Explanatory Note

(This does not form part of the notification , but is intended to indicate its general purpose) . As per the framework of the implementation of the Shyama Prasad Mukherjee National Rurban Mission ( NRuM) , issued by the Government of India , the Gunga cluster of Bhopal district has to be declared as planning area under the Section 51 and 7 - GA of Madhya Pradesh Panchayat Raj Avam Gram Swaraj Adhiniyam , 1993 , for the purpose of the said cluster . Hence , the government has decided to notify the above - mentioned cluster as a planning area in order to achieve the objectives of Mission .

(ब) सिमरोल संकुल को श्यामा प्रसाद मुखर्जी रूर्बन मिशन के तहत गैर जनजातीय संकुल के रूप में चुना गया है । भारत सरकार द्वारा जारी दिशानिर्देश अनुसार संकुल की कार्ययोजना का 30 प्रतिशत या 30 करोड़ (अधिकतम) गैर जनजातीय क्षेत्र को पूरक वित्तपोषण राशि (क्रिटिकल गैप फंड) प्रावधानित की गयी है जिसकी एकीकृत क्लस्टर कार्य योजना सिमरोल संकुल के विकास के लिए तैयार की गयी है । समेकित क्लस्टर कार्य योजना में विकास कार्य रूर्बन मिशन के 16 वांछनीय घटकों के अनुसार सम्मिलित किया गया है ।

As approved by the Ministry of Rural Development , Government of India , New Delhi the following provisions are made in the planning area of the said cluster:-

1. The Ministry of Rural Development , Government of India has launched a new scheme named Shyama Prasad Mukherji Rurban Mission ( SPMRM) , in a bid to transform rural areas to make them economically , socially and physically sustainable spaces . The mission aims to develop growth clusters in rural areas which have latent potential for growth . This in turn would trigger development all over the region . These clusters would be developed by provisioning of Economic activities and development of cluster as growth centers .

2. Simrol cluster has been chosen as a non- tribal cluster under Shyama Prasad Mukherji Rurban Mission. According to the Guideline of Government of India , 30% or 30 Crore (maximum) fund of the cluster work plan is to be given to non- tribal cluster as Critical Gap Fund ( CGF) . Its integrated Cluster Action Plan is prepared for the development of Simrol cluster. In Integrated Cluster Action Plan, Development work is included according to desirable 16 components .

निवेश क्षेत्र सीमाओं का विवरण

1. उत्तर ग्राम टपरियन एवं ग्राम कुंड की पश्चिमी सीमा के मिलान बिन्दु से ग्राम कुंड की पश्चिमी उत्तरी सीमा होते हुए ग्राम सुकवां की उत्तरी- पूर्वी सीमा होते हुए ग्राम बरा की पूर्वी सीमा होते हुए ग्राम नंदगायकलां की उत्तरी सीमा होते हुए ग्राम गोरा की पश्चिमी उत्तरी सीमा होते हुए ग्राम महेबा की उत्तरी- पूर्वी सीमा होते हुए ग्राम महेबा एवं ग्राम गोरा की दक्षिणी सीमा के मिलान बिन्दु तक ।

Description of the Planning Area Boundaries

As approved by the Ministry of Rural Development , Government of India, New Delhi the following provisions are made in the planning area of the said cluster: -

1. The Ministry of Rural Development , Government of India has launched a new scheme named Shyama Prasad Mukherji Rurban Mission ( SPMRM ) , in a bid to transform rural areas to make them economically , socially and physically sustainable spaces . The mission aims to develop growth clusters in rural areas which have latent potential for growth . This in turn would trigger development all over the region . These clusters would be developed by provisioning of Economic activities and development of cluster as growth centers .

2. Kanhiwada cluster has been chosen as a tribal cluster under Shyama Prasad Mukherji Rurban Mission . According to the Guideline of Government of India , 30 % or 15 Crore (maximum) fund of the cluster work plan is to be given to tribal cluster as Critical Gap Fund (CGF ) . Its integrated Cluster Action Plan is prepared for the development of Kanhiwada cluster. In Integrated Cluster Action Plan, Development work is included according to desirable 16 components .

Explanatory Note

(Thisdoes not form part of the notification , but is intended to indicate its general purpose) . As per the framework of the implementation of the Shyama Prasad Mukherjee National Rurban Mission ( NRuM) , issued by the Government of India , the Kanhiwada cluster of Seoni district has to be declared as planning area under the Section 51 and 7 - GA of Madhya Pradesh Panchayat Raj Avam Gram Swaraj Adhiniyam , 1993 , for the purpose of the said cluster . 1. उत्तर ग्राम चौमो एवं ग्राम रामपुरा की पश्चिमी सीमा के मिलान बिन्दु से ग्राम रामपुरा की पश्चिमी सीमा होते हुए ग्राम खेड़ी पाराशर की पश्चिमी उत्तरी सीमा होते हुए ग्राम खजुरिहाई की उत्तरी- पूर्वी- दक्षिणी सीमा होते हुए ग्राम खड़बई की पूर्वी सीमा होते हुए ग्राम महाराजपुर की उत्तरी - पूर्वी सीमा होते हुए ग्राम महाराजपुर एवं ग्राम चितावनी की पूर्वी सीमा के मिलान बिन्दु तक ।

2 . पूर्व - ग्राम महाराजपुर एवं ग्राम चितावनी की पूर्वी सीमा के मिलान बिन्दु से ग्राम चितावनी की पूर्वी सीमा होते हुए ग्राम मिलघन की पूर्वी सीमा होते हुए ग्राम मिलघन एवं ग्राम लिधोरा की पूर्वी सीमा के मिलान बिन्दु तक ।

4. पश्चिम - ग्राम सेकरा एवं ग्राम सिरसा की पश्चिमी सीमा के मिलान बिन्दु से ग्राम सिरसा की पश्चिमी सीमा होते हुए ग्राम सिरोल की पश्चिमी सीमा होते हुए ग्राम छीमक की पश्चिमी सीमा होते हुए ग्राम ठेठीयापुरा की पश्चिमी सीमा होते हुए ग्राम छोटी अकबई की उत्तरी सीमा होते हुए ग्राम चौमा की पश्चिमी सीमा होते हुए ग्राम चौमा एवं ग्राम रामपुरा की पश्चिमी सीमा के मिलान बिन्दु तक ।

भारत सरकार, ग्रामीण विकास मंत्रालय , नई दिल्ली से स्वीकृत उक्त निवेश क्षेत्र में निम्नानुसार प्रावधान किया गया है:-

(अ) ग्रामीण विकास मंत्रालय , भारत सरकार द्वारा श्यामा प्रसाद मुखर्जी रूर्बन मिशन योजना अंतर्गत ऐसे ग्रामीण संकुल तैयार करना है जिनसे क्षेत्र में उपलब्ध संसाधनो से विकास केंद्र बनाने की संभावनाएं हो । इस योजना से ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों के समूहो में समग्र विकास को बढ़ावा मिलेगा एवं आर्थिक कार्यकलापों के अवसर उपलब्ध कराके , कौशल स्थानिक उद्यमशीलता को विकसित करके तथा अधोसंरचना संबंधी सुविधाए उपलब्ध कराके इन संकुलो को तैयार किया जावेगा ।

30 (ब) छीमक संकुल को श्यामा प्रसाद मुखर्जी रूर्बन मिशन के तहत गैर जनजातीय संकुल के रूप में चुना गया है । भारत सरकार द्वारा जारी दिशानिर्देश अनुसार संकुल की कार्ययोजना का प्रतिशत या 30 करोड़ (अधिकतम ) गैर जनजातीय क्षेत्र को पूरक वित्तपोषण राशि (क्रिटिकल गैप फंड) प्रावधानित की गयी है जिसकी एकीकृत क्लस्टर कार्य योजना छीमक संकुल के विकास के लिए तैयार की गयी है । समेकित क्लस्टर कार्य योजना में विकास कार्य रूर्बन मिशन के 16 वांछनीय घटकों के अनुसार सम्मिलित किया गया है । मध्यप्रदेश राजपत्र, दिनांक 29 जनवरी 2021

(ब ) गुवाली संकुल को श्यामा प्रसाद मुखर्जी रुर्बन मिशन के तहत जनजातीय संकुल के रूप में चुना गया है । भारत सरकार द्वारा जारी दिशानिर्देश अनुसार संकुल की कार्ययोजना का 30 प्रतिशत या 15 करोड़ (अधिकतम) जनजातीय क्षेत्र को पूरक वित्तपोषण राशि (क्रिटिकल गैप फंड) प्रावधानित की गयी है जिसकी एकीकृत क्लस्टर कार्य योजना गुवाली संकुल के विकास के लिए तैयार की गयी है । समेकित क्लस्टर कार्य योजना में विकास कार्य रूर्बन मिशन के 16 वांछनीय घटकों के अनुसार सम्मिलित किया गया है ।

As approved by the Ministry of Rural Development , Government of India , New Delhi the following provisions are made in the planning area of the said cluster:-

1. The Ministry of Rural Development , Government of India has launched a new scheme named Shyama Prasad Mukherji Rurban Mission (SPMRM ) , in a bid to transform rural areas to make them economically , socially and physically sustainable spaces . The mission aims to develop growth clusters in rural areas which have latent potential for growth . This in turn would trigger development all over the region . These clusters would be developed by provisioning of Economic activities and development of cluster as growth centers .

2. Guwali cluster has been chosen as a tribal cluster under Shyama Prasad Mukherji Rurban Mission. According to the Guideline of Government of India, 30% or 15 Crore (maximum) fund of the cluster work plan is to be given to tribal cluster as Critical Gap Fund ( CGF ) . Its integrated Cluster Action Plan is prepared for the development of Guwali cluster. In Integrated Cluster Action Plan , Development work is included according to desirable 16 components .

As per the framework of the implementation of the Shyama Prasad Mukherjee National Rurban Mission (NRuM) , issued by the Government of India , the Guwali cluster of Jhabua district has to be declared as planning area under the Section 51 and 7 - GA of Madhya Pradesh Panchayat Raj Avam Gram Swaraj Adhiniyam , 1993 , for the purpose of the said cluster . Hence , the government has decided to notify the above - mentioned cluster as a planning area in order to achieve the objectives of Mission .

(अ) ग्रामीण विकास मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार द्वारा श्यामा प्रसाद मुखर्जी रूर्बन मिशन योजना अंतर्गत ऐसे ग्रामीण संकुल तैयार करना है जिनसे क्षेत्र में उपलब्ध संसाधनो से विकास केंद्र उनाने की संभावनाएं हो । इस योजना से ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों के समूहों में समग्र विलग मिलेगा एवं आर्थिक कार्यकलापों के अवसर उपलब्ध कराके , कौशल स्थानिक उद्यमशीलता को विकसित करके तथा अधोसंरचना संबंधी सुविधाए उपलब्ध कराके इन संकुलो को तैयार किया जावेगा ।

(अ) ग्रामीण विकास मंत्रालय , भारत सरकार द्वारा श्यामा प्रसाद मुखर्जी रूर्बन मिशन योजना अंतर्गत ऐसे'ग्रामीण संकुल तैयार करना है जिनसे क्षेत्र में उपलब्ध संसाधनो से विकास केंद्र बनाने की संभावनाएं हो । इस योजना से ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों के समूहो में समग्र विकास को बढ़ावा मिलेगा एवं आर्थिक कार्यकलापों के अवसर उपलब्ध कराके , कौशल स्थानिक उद्यमशीलता को विकसित करके तथा अधोसंरचना संबंधी सुविधाए उपलब्ध कराके इन संकुलो को तैयार किया जावेगा ।

(ब) गुणावद संकुल को श्यामा प्रसाद मुखर्जी रूर्बन मिशन के तहत जनजातीय संकुल के रूप में चुना गया है । भारत सरकार द्वारा जारी दिशानिर्देश अनुसार संकुल की कार्ययोजना का 30 प्रतिशत या 15 करोड़ (अधिकतम) जनजातीय क्षेत्र को पूरक वित्तपोषण राशि (क्रिटिकल गैप फंड) प्रावधानित की गयी है जिसकी एकीकृत क्लस्टर कार्य योजना गुणावद संकुल के विकास के लिए तैयार की गयी है । समेकित क्लस्टर कार्य योजना में विकास कार्य रूर्बन मिशन के 16 वांछनीय घटकों के अनुसार सम्मिलित किया गया है ।

Description of the Planning Area Boundaries

1. North From the junction point of Village Kotbhidota and Village Baggad going through the Western - Northern boundaries of Village Baggad to the Northern boundary of Village Sukheda to the Northern - Eastern boundaries of Village Nekpur to the Northern - Eastern- Southern boundaries of Village Dangotha to the Southern boundary of Village Ahirkhedi till the Eastern junction point of Village Ahirkhedi and Village Lebad .

2. East From the Eastern junction point of Village Ahirkhedi and Village Lebad going through the Eastern boundary of Village Lebad to the Eastern boundary of Village Kalsada Khurd to the Eastern boundary of Village Gunawad to the Eastern boundary of Village Mirjapur to the Eastern boundary of Village Karanjwa till the Eastern junction point of Village Karanjwa and Village Banediya .

As approved by the Ministry of Rural Development , Government of India, New Delhi the following provisions are made in the planning area of the said cluster:-

1. The Ministry of Rural Development , Government of India has launched a new scheme named Shyama Prasad Mukherji Rurban Mission ( SPMRM ) , in a bid to transform rural areas to make them economically , socially and physically sustainable spaces . The missien aims to develop growth clusters in rural areas which have latent potential for growth . This in turn would trigger development all over the region . These clusters would be developed by provisioning of Economic activities and development of cluster as growth centers .

2. Gunawad cluster has been chosen as a tribal cluster under Shyama Prasad Mukherji Rurban Mission . According to the Guideline of Government of India , 30% or 15 Crore (maximum) fund of the cluster work plan is to be given to tribal cluster as Critical Gap Fund ( CGF) . Its integrated Cluster Action Plan is prepared for the development of Gunawad cluster . In Integrated Cluster Action Plan, Development work is included according to desirable 16 components .

As per the framework of the implementation of the Shyama Prasad Mukherjee National Rurban Mission (NRuM ) , issued by the Government of India , the Gunawad cluster of Dhar district has to be declared as planning area under the Section 51 and 7 - GA of Madhya Pradesh Panchayat Raj Avam Gram Swaraj Adhiniyam , 1993 , for the purpose of the said cluster. भारत सरकार, ग्रामीण विकास मंत्रालय , नई दिल्ली से स्वीकृत उक्त निवेश क्षेत्र में निम्नानुसार प्रावधान किया गया है:-

Km revenue land as a planning area as per the rights conferred under Section 51 and 7 -GA of the Madhya Pradesh Panchayat Raj and Gram Swaraj Adhiniyam , 1993. Description of the Planning Area Boundaries

1. North From the junction point of Village Soniyamar and Village Dodiya going through the Northern boundary of Village Dodiya to the Northern boundary of Village Sheorichandas till the Northern- Eastern junction point of Village Sheorichandas and VillageKirgi .

East From the Northern- Eastern junction point of Village Sheorichandas and Village Kirgi going through the Eastern boundary of Village Kirgi to the Eastern boundary of Village Basaniha to the Eastern boundary of Village Dharhar Khurd to the Eastern- Southern boundaries of Village Dharhar Kalan till the Southern junction point of Village Dharhar Lalan and Village Chhapani .

3. South From the Southern junction point of Village Dharhar Kalan and Village Chhapani going through the Southern boundary of Village Chhapani to the Southern- Western boundaries of Village Jilang to the Western boundary of Village Nandpur to the Western boundary of Village Lakhaura till the Southern junction point of Village Lakhaura and Village Goga .

4. West From the Southern junction point of Village Lakhaura and Village Goga going through the Western - Northern boundaries of Village Goga to the Northern boundary of Village Belha to the Western boundary of Village Harratola to the Southern -Western- Northern boundaries of Village Soniyamar till the junction point of Village Soniyamar and Village Dodiya .

As approved by the Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India , New Delhi the following provisions are made in the planning area of the said cluster: -

1. The Ministry of Rural Development , Government of India has launched a new scheme named Shyama Prasad Mukherji Rurban Mission ( SPMRM ) , in a bid to transform rural areas to make them economically, socially and physically sustainable spaces . The mission aims to develop growth clusters in rural areas which have latent potential for growth . This in turn would trigger development all over the region . These clusters would be developed by provisioning of Economic activities and development of cluster as growth centers .

2. Kirgi cluster has been chosen as a tribal cluster under Shyama Prasad Mukherji Rurban Mission , Seeeding to the Guideline of Government of India , 30 " 15 Crore (maximum) fund of the cluster work plan is to be given to tribal cluster as Critical Gap Fund ( CGF) . Its integrated Cluster Action Plan is prepared for the development of Kirgi cluster . In Integrated Cluster Action Plan , Development work is included according to desirable 16 components .

Explanatory Note

(This does not form part of the notification , but is intended to indicate its general purpose) . As per the framework of the implementation of the Shyama Prasad Mukherjee National Rurban Mission ( NRuM) , issued by the Government of India , the Kirgi cluster of Anuppur district has to be declared as planning area under the Section 51 and 7-GA of Madhya Pradesh Panchayat Raj Avam Gram Swaraj Adhiniyam , 1993 , for the purpose of the said cluster . Hence , the government has decided to notify the above -mentioned cluster as a planning area in order to achieve the objectives of Mission.

निवेश क्षेत्र सीमाओं का विवरण

1. उत्तर- ग्राम,डोबलाझिरी एवं ग्राम बंद की उत्तरी सीमाओं के मिलान बिन्दु से ग्राम बंद की उत्तरी सीमा होते हुए ग्राम खरखड़ी की उत्तरी - पूर्वी सीमा होते हुए ग्राम खरखड़ी एवं ग्राम बडा उंडवा की पूर्वी सीमा के मिलान बिन्दु तक । 2. पूर्व ग्राम खरखड़ी एवं ग्राम बडा उंडवा की पूर्वी सीमा के मिलान बिन्दु से ग्राम बडा उंडवा की पूर्वी- दक्षिणी सीमा होते हुए ग्राम बडा उंडवा एवं ग्राम रामसिंह की चौकी की दक्षिणी सीमा के मिलान बिन्दु तक ।

भारत सरकार, ग्रामीण विकास मंत्रालय, नई दिल्ली से स्वीकृत उक्त निवेश क्षेत्र में निम्नानुसार प्रावधान किया गया है:-

(अ) ग्रामीण विकास मंत्रालय , भारत सरकार द्वारा श्यामा प्रसाद मुखर्जी रूर्बन मिशन योजना अंतर्गत ऐसे ग्रामीण संकुल तैयार करना है जिनसे क्षेत्र में उपलब्ध संसाधनो से विकास केंद्र बनाने की संभावनाएं हो । इस योजना से ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों के समूहो में समग्र विकास को बढ़ावा मिलेगा एवं आर्थिक कार्यकलापों के अवसर उपलब्ध कराके, कौशल स्थानिक उद्यमशीलता को विकसित करके तथा अधोसंरचना संबंधी सुविधाए उपलब्ध कराके इन संकुलो को तैयार किया जावेगा ।

(ब) इन्दरसिंह की चौकी संकुल को श्यामा प्रसाद मुखर्जी रुर्बन मिशन के तहत जनजातीय संकुल के रूप में चुना गया है । भारत सरकार द्वारा जारी दिशानिर्देश अनुसार संकुल की कार्ययोजना का 30 प्रतिशत या 15 करोड़ (अधिकतम) जनजातीय क्षेत्र को पूरक वित्तपोषण राशि (क्रिटिकल गैप फंड) प्रावधानित की गयी है जिसकी एकीकृत क्लस्टर कार्य योजना इन्दरसिंह की चौकी संकुल के विकास के लिए तैयार की गयी है । समेकित क्लस्टर कार्य योजना में विकास कार्य रूर्बन मिशन के 16 वांछनीय घटकों के अनुसार सम्मिलित किया गया है ।
