देलाखारी निवेश क्षेत्र 1 की सीमाओं का विवरण

1. उत्तर ग्राम जामुनढोंगा एवं ग्राम निशान की पश्चिमी सीमा के मिलान बिन्दु से ग्राम निशान की उत्तरी- पूर्वी सीमा होते हुए ग्राम कुर्सीढाना की उत्तरी सीमा होते हुए ग्राम हरसदिवारी की उत्तरी सीमा होते हुए ग्राम धौखेड़ा की पश्चिमी सीमा होते हुए ग्राम देलाखारी की दक्षिणी- पश्चिमी उत्तरी सीमा होते हुए ग्राम उमरिया की उत्तरी सीमा होते हुए ग्राम खापाखुर्द की उत्तरी सीमा होते हुए ग्राम सेहराढाना की पश्चिमी सीमा होते हुए ग्राम खूनाझिरी की दक्षिणी-पश्चिमी उत्तरी सीमा होते हुए ग्राम खूनाझिरी एवं ग्राम कपूरनाला की पश्चिमी सीमा के मिलान बिन्दु तक ।

2. पूर्व- ग्राम खूनाझिरी एवं ग्राम कपूरनाला की पश्चिमी सीमा के मिलान बिन्दु से ग्राम कपूरनाला की उत्तरी- पूर्वी सीमा होते हुए ग्राम सेहराढाना की पूर्वी सीमा होते हुए ग्राम गुदीछतरी की पूर्वी सीमा होते हुए ग्राम घटलिंगा की उत्तरी-पूर्वी-दक्षिणी सीमा होते हुए ग्राम श्रीझोंत की पूर्वी सीमा होते हुए ग्राम श्रीझोंत एवं ग्राम प्रतापगढ़ बादला के पूर्वी सीमा के मिलान बिन्दु तक ।

3. दक्षिण ग्राम श्रीझोंत एवं ग्राम प्रतापगढ़ बादला की पूर्वी सीमा के मिलान बिन्दु से ग्राम प्रतापगढ़ बादला की दक्षिणी सीमा होते हुए ग्राम डुंडी शिखर की पूर्वी दक्षिणी सीमा होते हुए ग्राम दौरिया खेड़ा की दक्षिणी सीमा होते हुए ग्राम खुट्टी उर्फ कुंआ की पूर्वी-दक्षिणी सीमा होते हुए ग्राम हरसदिवारी की पूर्वी- दक्षिणी सीमा होते हुए ग्राम बांगई की पूर्वी दक्षिणी सीमा होते हुए ग्राम बांगई एवं ग्राम मुंगासिया की दक्षिणी सीमा के मिलान बिन्दु तक ।

4. पश्चिम - ग्राम बांगई एवं ग्राम मुंगासिया की दक्षिणी सीमा के मिलान बिन्दु से ग्राम मुंगासिया कीपूर्वी- दक्षिणी-पश्चिमी सीमा होते हुए ग्राम भांडी की पश्चिमी सीमा होते हुए ग्राम जामुनढोंगा की पश्चिमी सीमा होते हुए ग्राम जामुनढोंगा एवं ग्राम निशान की पश्चिमी सीमा के मिलान बिन्दु तक ।

देलाखारी निवेश क्षेत्र 2 की सीमाओं का विवरण

1. उत्तर ग्राम बम्हनी की उत्तरी सीमा ।

भारत सरकार , ग्रामीण विकास मंत्रालय , नई दिल्ली से स्वीकृत उक्त निवेश क्षेत्र में निम्नानुसार प्रावधान किया गया है :-

(अ) ग्रामीण विकास मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार द्वारा श्यामा प्रसाद मुखर्जी रुर्बन मिशन योजना अंतर्गत ऐसे ग्रामीण संकुल तैयार करना है जिनसे क्षेत्र में उपलब्ध संसाधनो से विकास केंद्र बनाने की संभावनाएं हो । इस योजना से ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों के समूहो में समग्र विकास को बढ़ावा मिलेगा एवं आर्थिक कार्यकलापों के अवसर उपलब्ध कराके, कौशल स्थानिक उद्यमशीलता को विकसित करके तथा अधोसंरचना संबंधी सुविधाए उपलब्ध कराके इन संकुलो को तैयार किया जावेगा ।

(ब) देलाखारी संकुल को श्यामा प्रसाद मुखर्जी रूर्बन मिशन के तहत जनजातीय संकुल के रूप में चुना गया है । भारत सरकार द्वारा जारी दिशानिर्देश अनुसार संकुल की कार्ययोजना का 30 प्रतिशत या 15 करोड़ (अधिकतम) जनजातीय क्षेत्र को पूरक वित्तपोषण राशि (क्रिटिकल गैप फंड) प्रावधानित की गयी है जिसकी एकीकृत क्लस्टर कार्य योजना देलाखारी संकुल के विकास के लिए तैयार की गयी है । समेकित क्लस्टर कार्य योजना में विकास कार्य रूर्बन मिशन के 16 वांछनीय घटकों के अनुसार सम्मिलित किया गया है ।

भारत सरकार द्वारा जारी श्यामा प्रसाद मुखर्जी राष्ट्रीय रुर्बन मिशन (NRuM ) के कार्यान्वयन की रूपरेखा के अनुसार , छिन्दवाडा जिले के देलाखारी संकुल को मध्यप्रदेश पंचायत राज एवं ग्राम स्वराज अधिनियम, 1993 की धारा 51 एवं 7-छक के तहत निवेश क्षेत्र के रूप में घोषित किया गया है । इसलिए सरकार ने उपयुक्त संकुल को निवेश क्षेत्र के रूप में अधिसूचित करने का निर्णय लिया है, जिससे मिशन के उद्देश्यों की पूर्ति की जा सके । मध्यप्रदेश राजपत्र, दिनांक 18 फरवरी 2021

Description of the Delakhari Planning Area Boundaries - 1

1. North From the Western junction point of Village Jamundhoga and Village Nishan going through the Northern - Eastern boundaries of Village Nishna to the Northern boundary of Village Kursidhana to the Northern boundary of Village Harasdiwari to the Western boundary of Village Dhoukheda to the Southern - Western - Northern boundaries of Village Delakhari to the Northern boundary of Village Umariya to the Northern boundary of Village Khapakhurd to the Western boundary of Village Sahradhana to the Southern- Western-Northern boundaries of Village Khunajhiri till the Western junction point of Village Khunajhiri and Village Kapoornala .

2. East From the Western junction point of Village Khunajhiri and Village Kapoornala going through the Northern -Eastern boundaries of Village Kapoornala to the Eastern boundary of Village Sahradhana to the Eastern boundary of Village Gudhichhatri to the Northern-Eastern - Southern boundaries of Village Ghatlinga to the Eastern boundary of Village Shrijhot till the Eastern junction point of Village Shrijhot and Village Pratapgarh Badla.

As approved by the Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India, New Delhi the following provisions are made in the planning area of the said cluster:-

1. The Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India has launched a new scheme named Shyama Prasad Mukherji Rurban Mission ( SPMRM) , in a bid to transform rural areas to make them economically, socially and physically sustainable spaces . The mission aims to develop growth clusters in rural areas which have latent potential for growth . This in turn would trigger development all over the region . These clusters would be developed by provisioning of Economic activities and development of cluster as growth centers .

2. Delakahri cluster has been chosen as a tribal cluster under Shyama Prasad Mukherji Rurban Mission. According to the Guideline of Government of India, 30% or 15 Crore (maximum) fund of the cluster work plan is to be given to tribal cluster as Critical Gap Fund (CGF) . Its Integrated Cluster Action Plan is prepared for the development of Delakahri cluster . In Integrated Cluster Action Plan , Development work is included according to desirable 16 components .

Explanatory Note

(This does not form part of the notification, but is intended to indicate its general purpose) . As per the framework of the implementation of the Shyama Prasad Mukherjee National Rurban Mission (NRuM) , issued by the Government of India , the Delakhari cluster of Chhindwara district has to be declared as planning area under the Section 51 and 7 - GA of Madhya Pradesh Panchayat Raj Avam Gram Swaraj Adhiniyam , 1993 , for the purpose of the said cluster . Hence, the government has decided to notify the above - mentioned cluster as a planning area in order to achieve the objectives of Mission .

उत्तर ग्राम गनिगवां एवं ग्राम गौरी की उत्तरी सीमा के मिलान बिन्दु से ग्राम गौरी की पश्चिमी उत्तरी सीमा होते हुए ग्राम गौरी एवं ग्राम बेलौही कला की उत्तरी सीमा के मिलान बिन्दु तक ।

4. पश्चिम - ग्राम शुकुलगवां एवं ग्राम पहाडी की दक्षिणी सीमा के मिलान बिन्दु से ग्राम पहाडी की दक्षिणी- पश्चिमी उत्तरी सीमा होते हुए ग्राम भमरा की दक्षिणी सीमा होते हुए ग्राम महौता की दक्षिणी- पश्चिमी उत्तरी - पूर्वी सीमा होते हुए ग्राम भमरा की उत्तरी - पूर्वी सीमा होते हुए ग्राम शुकुलगवां की उत्तरी सीमा होते हुए ग्राम भगदेवा की पश्चिमी सीमा होते हुए ग्राम गौरी की पश्चिमी सीमा होते हुए ग्राम मर्जादपुर की पश्चिमी सीमा होते हुए ग्राम लटियार की पश्चिमी उत्तरी- पूर्वी सीमा होते हुए ग्राम गनिगवां की उत्तरी सीमा होते हुए ग्राम गनिगवां एवं ग्राम गौरी की उत्तरी सीमा के मिलान बिन्दु तक ।

(ब) गौरी संकुल को श्यामा प्रसाद मुखर्जी रूर्बन मिशन के तहत गैर जनजातीय संकुल के रूप में चुना गया है । भारत सरकार द्वारा जारी दिशानिर्देश अनुसार संकुल की कार्ययोजना का 30 प्रतिशत या 30 करोड़ (अधिकतम) गैर जनजातीय क्षेत्र को पूरक वित्तपोषण राशि (क्रिटिकल गैप फंड) प्रावधानित की गयी है जिसकी एकीकृत क्लस्टर कार्य योजना गौरी संकुल के विकास के लिए तैयार की गयी है । समेकित क्लस्टर कार्य योजना में विकास कार्य रूर्बन मिशन के 16 वांछनीय घटकों के अनुसार सम्मिलित किया गया है ।

भारत सरकार द्वारा जारी श्यामा प्रसाद मुखर्जी राष्ट्रीय रुर्बन मिशन (NRuM) के कार्यान्वयन की रूपरेखा के अनुसार , रीवा जिले के गौरी संकुल को मध्यप्रदेश पंचायत राज एवं ग्राम स्वराज अधिनियम, 1993 की धारा 51 एवं 7-छक के तहत निवेश क्षेत्र के रूप में घोषित किया गया है । इसलिए सरकार ने उपयुक्त संकुल को निवेश क्षेत्र के रूप में अधिसूचित करने का निर्णय लिया है, जिससे मिशन के उद्देश्यों की पूर्ति की जा सके । 142(9)

As approved by the Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India, New Delhi the following provisions are made in the planning area of the said cluster:-

1. The Ministry of Rural Development , Government of India has launched a new scheme named Shyama Prasad Mukherji Rurban Mission (SPMRM) , in a bid to transform rural areas to make them economically , socially and physically sustainable spaces . The mission aims to develop growth clusters in rural areas which have latent potential for growth . This in turn would trigger development all over the region . These clusters would be developed by provisioning of Economic activities and development of cluster as growth centers .

2. Gauri cluster has been chosen as a non-tribal cluster under Shyama Prasad Mukherji Rurban Mission . According to the Guideline of Government of India, 30% or 30 Crore (maximum) fund of the cluster work plan is to be given to non - tribal cluster as Critical Gap Fund ( CGF ) . Its Integrated Cluster Action Plan is prepared for the development of Gauri cluster. In Integrated Cluster Action Plan , Development work is included according to desirable 16 components .

As per the framework of the implementation of the Shyama Prasad Mukherjee National Rurban Mission (NRuM ) , issued by the Government of India , the Gauri cluster of Rewa district has to be declared as planning area under the Section 51 and 7- GA of Madhya Pradesh Panchayat Raj Avam Gram Swaraj Adhiniyam , 1993 , for the purpose of the said cluster. Hence , the government has decided to notify the above - mentioned cluster as a planning area in order to achieve the objectives of Mission .

निवेश क्षेत्र सीमाओं का विवरण

1. उत्तर ग्राम बाँकाखोदरी एवं ग्राम कुंडी की दक्षिणी सीमा के मिलान बिन्दु से ग्राम कुंडी की पश्चिमी उत्तरी सीमा होते हुए ग्राम कामठी की उत्तरी सीमा होते हुए ग्राम कुसमरी की पश्चिमी उत्तरी सीमा होते हुए ग्राम दौड़ी उत्तरी - पूर्वी सीमा होते हुए दौड़ी एवं ग्राम कोटमी की पूर्वी सीमा के मिलान बिन्दु तक।

2. पूर्व- ग्राम दौड़ी एवं ग्राम कोटमी की पूर्वी सीमा के मिलान बिन्दु से ग्राम कोटमी की पूर्वी सीमा होते हुए ग्राम सिलपटी की पूर्वी सीमा होते हुए ग्राम गोनापुर की पूर्वी सीमा होते हुए ग्राम भयावाडी की पूर्वी सीमा होते हुए ग्राम भयावाडी एवं ग्राम बुड्डी की पूर्वी सीमा के मिलान बिन्दु तक ।

देशावाडी संकुल का ग्राम बरेठा (क्षेत्र फल 3.81 वर्ग कि.मी.) वन ग्राम है ।

(अ) ग्रामीण विकास मंत्रालय , भारत सरकार द्वारा श्यामा प्रसाद मुखर्जी रूर्बन मिशन योजना अंतर्गत ऐसे ग्रामीण संकुल तैयार करना है जिनसे क्षेत्र में उपलब्ध संसाधनो से विकास केंद्र बनाने की संभावनाएं हो । इस योजना से ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों के समूहो में समग्र विकास को बढ़ावा मिलेगा एवं आर्थिक कार्यकलापों के अवसर उपलब्ध कराके , कौशल स्थानिक उद्यमशीलता को विकसित करके तथा अधोसंरचना संबंधी सुविधाए उपलब्ध कराके इन संकुलो को तैयार किया जावेगा । मध्यप्रदेश राजपत्र , दिनांक 18 फरवरी 2021

(ब) देशावाडी संकुल को श्यामा प्रसाद मुखर्जी रूर्बन मिशन के तहत जनजातीय संकुल के रूप में चुना गया है । भारत सरकार द्वारा जारी दिशानिर्देश अनुसार संकुल की कार्ययोजना का 30 प्रतिशत या 15 करोड़ (अधिकतम) जनजातीय क्षेत्र को पूरक वित्तपोषण राशि ( क्रिटिकल गैप फंड) प्रावधानित की गयी है जिसकी एकीकृत क्लस्टर कार्य योजना देशावाडी संकुल के विकास के लिए तैयार की गयी है । समेकित क्लस्टर कार्य योजना में विकास कार्य रूर्बन मिशन के 16 वांछनीय घटकों के अनुसार सम्मिलित किया गया है ।

142( 19) भारत सरकार , ग्रामीण विकास मंत्रालय , नई दिल्ली से स्वीकृत उक्त निवेश क्षेत्र में निम्नानुसार प्रावधान किया गया है :-

(अ) ग्रामीण विकास मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार द्वारा श्यामा प्रसाद मुखर्जी रूर्बन मिशन योजना अंतर्गत ऐसे ग्रामीण संकुल तैयार करना है जिनसे क्षेत्र में उपलब्ध संसाधनो से विकास केंद्र बनाने की संभावनाएं हो । इस योजना से ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों के समूहो में समग्र विकास को बढ़ावा मिलेगा एवं आर्थिक कार्यकलापों के अवसर उपलब्ध कराके, कौशल स्थानिक उद्यमशीलता को विकसित करके तथा अधोसंरचना संबंधी सुविधाए उपलब्ध कराके इन संकुलो को तैयार किया जावेगा ।

(ब) रामनगर संकुल को श्यामा प्रसाद मुखर्जी रूर्बन मिशन के तहत जनजातीय संकुल के रूप में चुना गया है । भारत सरकार द्वारा जारी दिशानिर्देश अनुसार संकुल की कार्ययोजना का 30 प्रतिशत या 15 करोड़ (अधिकतम) जनजातीय क्षेत्र को पूरक वित्तपोषण राशि (क्रिटिकल गैप फंड) प्रावधानित की गयी है जिसकी एकीकृत क्लस्टर कार्य योजना रामनगर संकुल के विकास के लिए तैयार की गयी है । समेकित क्लस्टर कार्य योजना में विकास कार्य रूर्बन मिशन के 16 वांछनीय घटकों के अनुसार सम्मिलित किया गया है ।

As approved by the Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India, New Delhi the following provisions are made in the planning area of the said cluster:-

1. The Ministry of Rural Development , Government of India has launched a new scheme named Shyama Prasad Mukherji Rurban Mission ( SPMRM) , in a bid to transform rural areas to make them economically , socially and physically sustainable spaces . The mission aims to develop growth clusters in rural areas which have latent potential for growth. This in turn would trigger development all over the region . These clusters would be developed by provisioning of Economic activities and development of cluster as growth centers .

2. Ramnagar cluster has been chosen as a tribal cluster under Shyama Prasad Mukherji Rurban Mission . According to the Guideline of Government of India, 30% or 15 Crore (maximum) fund of the cluster work plan is to be given to tribal cluster as Critical Gap Fund (CGF) . Its Integrated Cluster Action Plan is prepared for the development of Ramnagar cluster . In Integrated Cluster Action Plan , Development work is included according to desirable 16 components .

Explanatory Note

As per the framework of the implementation of the Shyama Prasad Mukherjee National Rurban Mission (NRuM) , issued by the Government of India , the Ramnagar cluster of Mandla district has to be declared as planning area under the Section 51 and 7-GA of Madhya Pradesh Panchayat Raj Avam Gram Swaraj Adhiniyam , 1993 , for the purpose of the said cluster.
