[दिनांक ११ मार्च, २०२१ को राज्यपाल की अनुमति प्राप्त हुई; अनुमति " मध्यप्रदेश राजपत्र ( असाधारण ) " में दिनांक १२ मार्च , २०२१ को प्रथम बार प्रकाशित की गई. ]
वित्तीय वर्ष २०२०-२०२१ की सेवाओं के लिए मध्यप्रदेश राज्य की संचित निधि में से कतिपय और राशियों के संदाय तथा विनियोग को प्राधिकृत करने के लिए अधिनियम.
भारत गणराज्य के बहत्तरवें वर्ष में मध्यप्रदेश विधान - मंडल द्वारा निम्नलिखित रूप में यह अधिनियमित हो : - १. इस अधिनियम का संक्षिप्त नाम मध्यप्रदेश विनियोग अधिनियम, २०२१ है .
संक्षिप्तनाम.
वित्तीय वर्ष २०२०-२१ के लिये राज्य की संचित निधि में से रुपये १,६७,७१ , ९ ७,१७,१६३ का दियाजाना.
२. मध्यप्रदेश राज्य की संचित निधि में से, अनुसूची के कॉलम ( ३ ) में विनिर्दिष्ट राशियों से अनधिक वे राशियां, जिनका कुल योग रुपये सोलह हजार सात सौ इकहत्तर करोड़ सत्तानवे लाख सत्रह हजार एक सौ तिरेसठ मात्र होता है , मध्यप्रदेश विनियोग अध्यादेश , २०२१ ( क्रमांक २ सन् २०२१ ) की अनुसूची के कॉलम ( ३ ) में विनिर्दिष्ट राशियों को सम्मिलित करते हुये , उन विभिन्न प्रभारों को चुकाने के लिए, जो अनुसूची के कॉलम ( २ ) में विनिर्दिष्ट सेवाओं और प्रयोजनों की बाबत् वित्तीय वर्ष २०२०-२०२१ के दौरान दिये जाने होंगे , दी और उपयोजित की जा सकेंगी.
विनियोग.
३. इस अधिनियम द्वारा मध्यप्रदेश राज्य की संचित निधि में से दिए जाने और उपयोजित किये जाने के लिए प्राधिकृत राशियां, उक्त वर्ष के संबंध में अनुसूची में वर्णित सेवाओं और प्रयोजनों के लिए विनियोजित कीजाएंगी.
४. ( १ ) मध्यप्रदेश विनियोग अध्यादेश , २०२१ ( क्रमांक २ सन् २०२१ ) एतद्वारा निरसित किया निरसन तथा व्यावृत्ति.
जाता है.
( २ ) उक्त अध्यादेश के निरसन के होते हुये भी उक्त अध्यादेश के अधीन की गई कोई बात या की गई कोई कार्रवाई , इस अधिनियम के तत्स्थानी उपबंधों के अधीन की गई बात या की गई कार्रवाई समझी जायेगी.

THE MADHYA PRADESH APPROPRIATION ACT, 2021
[Received the assent of the Governor on the 11th March, 2021 ; assent first published in the "Madhya Pradesh Gazette (Extra -ordinary ) " , dated the 12th March, 2021 ] .
An Act to authorise payment and appropriation of certain further sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Madhya Pradesh for the services of the Financial Year 2020-21 .
Be it enacted by the Madhya Pradesh Legislature in the Seventy - Second year of the Republic of India as follows :-
Short title .
1. This Act may be called the Madhya Pradesh Appropriation Act, 2021 .

2. From and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Madhya Pradesh there may be paid and applied sums not exceeding those specified in column ( 3 ) of the Schedule amounting in the aggregate inclusive of the sums in column (3 ) of the Schedule to the Madhya Pradesh Appropriation Ordinance 2021 ( No. 2 of 2021 ) to the sums of Rs . Sixteen thousand seven hundred seventy one crore ninety seven lakh seventeen thousand one hundred sixty three only towards defraying the several charge which shall come in the course of payment during the Financial Year 2020-21 in respect of services and purposes specified in column ( 2) of the Schedule .

3. The sums authorised to be paid and applied from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Madhya Pradesh by this Act , shall be appropriated for the services and purposes expressed in the Schedule in relation to the said year .

Repeal Saving.
4. ( 1 ) The Madhya Pradesh Appropriation Ordinance , 2021 ( No. 2 of 2021 ) is hereby repealed.
(2) Notwithstanding the repeal of the said Ordinance , anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of this Act .
