क्र. एफ 22-09-2019- आठ. मध्यप्रदेश मोटरयान नियम, 1994 में संशोधन का निम्नलिखित प्रारुप , जिसे राज्य सरकार मोटरयान अधिनियम , 1988 ( 1988 का 59 ) की धारा 96 तथा धारा 111 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए बनाना प्रस्तावित करती है, उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 212 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा अपेक्षित किए गए अनुसार उन समस्त व्यक्तियों की , जिनके कि उससे प्रभावित होने की संभावना है , जानकारी के लिए एतद्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है और एतद्वारा यह सूचना दी जाती है कि उक्त संशोधन के प्रारूप पर, इस सूचना के मध्यप्रदेश राजपत्र में प्रकाशित होने की तारीख से 30 दिवस का अवसान होने पर विचार किया जाएगा.
किसी भी ऐसी आपत्ति या सुझाव पर, जो उक्त संशोधन प्रारूप के संबंध में किसी व्यक्ति से ऊपर विनिर्दिष्ट कालावधि का अवसान होने पर या उसके पूर्व प्राप्त हो अपर मुख्य सचिव , मध्यप्रदेश शासन , कक्ष क्रमांक ए-104, मंत्रालय , वल्लभ भवन , भोपाल द्वारा विचार किया जाएगा.
संशोधन प्रारूप
नियम 77 में, उप - नियम ( 1 - ख ) के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित उप - नियम स्थापित किया जाए, अर्थात्ः-
" ( 1 -ख ) उप- नियम ( 1 - क ) के खण्ड ( चार ) द्वारा अधिरोपित प्रतिबंध , जहां तक कि वे उक्त नियमों के लागू होने से पहले पंजीकृत मंजिली गाड़ी से संबंध रखते हैं , लागू नहीं होंगे . "
NOTICE
No. F 22-09-2019 - VIII . The following draft of amendment in the Madhya Pradesh Motor Vehicles Rules . 1994, which the State Government proposes to make in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 96 and Section 111 of the Motor Vehicles Act , 1988 ( No. 59 of 1988 ) is hereby published as required by sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 212 of the said Act for the information of all persons likely to be affected thereby and notice is hereby given that the said draft of amendment shall be taken into consideration on the expiry of 30 days from the date of publication of this notice in the Madhya Pradesh Gazette .

Any objection or suggestion which may be received from any person with respect to the said draft of amendment on or before the expiry of the period specified above shall be considered by the Additional Chief Secreary , Government by the Madhya Pradesh , Room number A- 104 , Mantralaya , Vallabh Bhavan , Bhopal .
DRAFT OF AMENDMENT
In rule 77 , for sub - rule ( 1b ) , the following sub - rule shall be substituted , namely:-
"( 1b) the restriction imposed by clause ( iv) of sub - rule ( la) , in so far as they relates to the stage carriage registered before coming into force of the said rules shall not apply . "
