क्र. एफ 22-12-2015-आठ. मध्यप्रदेश मोटरयान कराधान अधिनियम, 1991 ( क्रमांक 25 सन् 1991 ) की धारा 21 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, राज्य सरकार द्वारा पूर्व में जारी विभाग की अधिसूचना क्र. एफ 22-12-2015 आठ, दिनांक 23 मई 2015 जिसमें वास्तविक कृषकों से भिन्न व्यक्तियों द्वारा कृषिक प्रयोजनों के लिये उपयोग में लाए जाने के लिये आशयित ऐसे ट्रेक्टर अनुयान और हारवेस्टर कम्बाइन यानों पर , जो आगामी तीन वर्षों के दौरान मध्यप्रदेश राज्य में पंजीकृत कराए जाएंगे उन पर उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 3 की उपधारा ( 1 ) के अधीन उद्गृहणीय जीवनकाल कर की दर को 6 % से 1 % किया गया था. पुनः विभाग की अधिसूचना क्र. एफ 22-12-2015- आठ, दिनांक 2 जनवरी 2019 द्वारा यानों की उक्त श्रेणियों के संबंध में कर की रियायत जिसका अवसान 22 मई 2018 को हो गया था , को विस्तारित कर दिनांक 23 मई 2018 से आगामी दो वर्ष की अवधि हेतु प्रभावी किया गया और जिसका अवसान 22 मई 2020 को हो गया है.
अतएव , राज्य सरकार दो वर्ष की अवधि के लिये यानों की उक्त श्रेणियों के संबंध में कर की रियायत दर के उद्ग्रहण को और विस्तारित करती है जो कि दिनांक 23 मई 2020 से प्रभावी हुई समझी जाएगी.
No. F. 22-12-2015 - VIII . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 21 of the Madhya Pradesh Motoryan Karadhan Adhiniyam , 1991 ( No. 25 of 1991 ) , the State Government had previously isued a departmental notification No. F - 22-12-2015- Eight . dated 23rd May, 2015. in which such Tractor Trailer and Harvester Combine Vehicles which were owned by the persons other than bonafide agriculturists intended to be used for agricultural purposes and which were going to be registered in the State of Madhya Pradesh during the next three years . the leviable life time tax was reduced from 6 % to 1 % under sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 3 of the said Act . Again by the departmental notification No F - 22-12-2015 - Eight, dated 2nd January, 2019. relaxation in levying of tax of said categories of vehicles , which had expired on 22nd May, 2018. was extended and made effective for a period of two years with effect from 23rd May . 2018 which has expired on 22nd May. 2020.

NOW, THEREFORE, the State Government , hereby further extends the levying of relaxed rate of tax on the said categories of vehicles for a period of two years which shall deemed to be effective from 23rd May, 2020 .
