क्र. एफ ए 3-03-2018-1- पांच ( 44 ) .- राज्य सरकार, मध्यप्रदेश माल और सेवा कर अधिनियम, 2017 ( क्रमांक 19 सन् 2017) (जिसे इसके पश्चात् इस अधिसूचना में उक्त अधिनियम कहा गया है ) की धारा 128 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, परिषद् की सिफारिशों पर, इस विभाग की अधिसूचना क्र. एफ- ए- 3-03-2018-1- पांच ( 4) , दिनांक 23 जनवरी 2018 , में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है, यथाः-
उक्त अधिसूचना में चौथे परंतुक के बाद निम्नलिखित परंतुक को अंतःस्थापित किया जाएगा, यथाः-
" परंतु यह भी कि उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 47 के तहत् कर अवधि जून, 2021 से या जून, 2021 को समाप्त होने वाली तिमाही से, जैसा भी मामला हो , के लिए देय कुल विलंब फीस की राशि, जो कि नीचे दी गई तालिका के कॉलम ( 3 ) में निर्दिष्ट राशि से अधिक है, उक्त तालिका के कॉलम ( 2 ) में संबंधित प्रविष्टि में उल्लिखित रजिस्ट्रीकृत व्यक्तियों के वर्ग के लिए जो प्ररूप जीएसटीआर -1 में जावक आपूर्ति के ब्यौरे का विवरण नियत तारीख तक प्रस्तुत करने में विफल रहते हैं, का अधित्यजन किया जाएगा, अर्थात्ः-

क्र. एफ ए 3-03-2018-1- पांच (44 ) .- भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 348 के खण्ड ( 3 ) के अनुसरण में, इस आशय की अधिसूचना क्रमांक एफ ए 3-03-2018-1- पांच (44 ) , भोपाल, दिनांक 08 जुलाई 2021 का अंग्रेजी अनुवाद राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से एतद्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है.
मध्यप्रदेश के राज्यपाल के नाम से तथा आदेशानुसार, आर. पी. श्रीवास्तव, उपसचिव.

No. F-A-3-03-2018-1 - V ( 44) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 128 of the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act , 2017 (19 of 2017) ( hereafter in this notification referred to as the said Act) , the State Government , on the recommendations of the Council , hereby makes the following further amendments in this department's notification No. F A-3-03-2018-1 - V (4 ) dated the 23rd January 2018 , namely:-
In the said notification , after the fourth proviso , the following proviso shall be inserted, namely:-
"Provided also that the total amount of late fee payable under Section 47 of the said Act for the tax period June, 2021 onwards or quarter ending June , 2021 onward, as the case may be, shall stand waived which is in excess of an amount as specified in column ( 3 ) of the Table given below , for the class of registered persons mentioned in the corresponding entry in column (2) of the said Table , who fail to furnish the details of outward supplies in FORM GSTR- 1 by the due date , namely:-
