एफ ए- 3-07-2021-1- पांच (48).- मध्यप्रदेश माल और सेवा कर अधिनियम, 2017 (क्रमांक 19 सन् 2017) ( जिसे इसके पश्चात् इस अधिसूचना में उक्त अधिनियम कहा गया है) की धारा 168 क के साथ पठित एकीकृत माल और सेवा कर अधिनियम, 2017 (2017 का 13) की धारा 20 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , राज्य सरकार, परिषद् की सिफारिशों पर, इस विभाग की अधिसूचना क्रमांक एफ ए 3-07-2021-1- पांच (26) , दिनांक 10 जून 2021 , में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना के प्रथम पैरा में -
(1) खण्ड (i ) में,-
1. "मई 2021 के 30 वें दिन " अंकों, अक्षरों व शब्दों के स्थान पर "जून 2021 के 29 वें दिन " अंकों, अक्षरों व शब्दों को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा.
2. "मई 2021 के 31 वें दिन " अंकों, अक्षरों व शब्दों के स्थान पर " जून 2021 के 30वें दिन" अंकों, अक्षरों व शब्दों को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा.
(ii ) खण्ड (i ) के परन्तुक में, -
1.
"मई 2021 के 31 वें दिन " अंकों, अक्षरों व शब्दों के स्थान पर "जून 2021 के 30 वें दिन " अंकों , अक्षरों व शब्दों को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा.
2. "जून 2021 के 15 वें दिन " अंकों, अक्षरों व शब्दों के स्थान पर " जुलाई 2021 के 15 वें दिन " अंकों , अक्षरों व शब्दों को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा.
)ش( खण्ड (ii) में, -
1.
"मई 2021 के 30 वें दिन " अंकों , अक्षरों व शब्दों के स्थान पर " जून 2021 के 29वें दिन" अंकों, अक्षरों व शब्दों को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा.

2. "मई 2021 के 31 वें दिन " अंकों, अक्षरों व शब्दों के स्थान पर " जून 2021 के 30वें दिन " अंकों, अक्षरों व शब्दों को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा.
2. यह अधिसूचना मई 2021 के 30 वें दिन से प्रवृत्त हुई मानी जाएगी.

एफ- ए- 3-07-2021-1 - पांच- (48 ). - भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 348 के खण्ड (3 ) के अनुसरण में, इस आशय की अधिसूचना क्रमांक एफ- ए- 3-07-2021-1- पांच-(48), दिनांक 8 जुलाई 2021 का अंग्रेजी अनुवाद , राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से एतद्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है.
मध्यप्रदेश के राज्यपाल के नाम से तथा आदेशानुसार , आर. पी . श्रीवास्तव, उपसचिव.

FA3-07-2021-1 - V(48 ).- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 168A of the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act , 2017 ( 19 of2017) ( hereafter in this notification referred to as the said Act ) , read with Section 20 of the Integrated Goods and Services Tax Act , 2017 ( 13 of 2017) , the State Government , on the recommendations of the Council , hereby makes the following amendments in this department's notification No. FA3-07-2021-1 -V- (26) , dated the 10th June , 2021 namely : -
In the said notification, in the first paragraph, -
(i) inclause (i ) , -
a.
for the figures , letters and words " 30th day of May, 2021 " , the figures , letters and words "29th day of June , 2021 " shall be substituted;
for the figures , letters and words " 31st day of May, 2021 " , the figures , letters and words " 30th day of June , 2021 " shall be substituted; b.
(ii) in proviso to clause (i ) , -
a. for the figures , letters and words " 31st day of May, 2021 " , the figures, letters and words " 30th day of June , 2021 " shall be substituted;
b . for the figures , letters and words " 15th day of June, 2021 " , the figures , letters and words " 15th day of July, 2021 " shall be substituted;
(iii) inclause (ii ), -
a. for the figures, letters and words " 30th day of May, 2021 " , the figures , letters and words " 29th day of June, 2021 " shall be substituted;
b. for the figures , letters and words " 31st day of May, 2021 " , the figures, letters and words "30th day of June 2021 " shall be substituted;
2. This notification shall come into force with effect from the 30th day of May, 2021 .
