एफ 5-27-2014-1 - पचपन. - मानव अंग प्रतिरोपण अधिनियम, 1994 की धारा 9 की उपधारा (4 ) के खण्ड ( ख) सहपठित मानव अंग और ऊतक प्रतिरोपण नियम, 2014 के नियम 13 के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, राज्य सरकार, एतद्वारा , निम्नलिखित संभाग/जिला स्तर प्राधिकार समिति का गठन करती है, अर्थात्:-
1. उज्जैन संभाग स्तरीय प्राधिकार समिति-

(1) अधिष्ठाता, शासकीय चिकित्सा महाविद्यालय, रतलाम

एफ 5-27-2014-1- पचपन. मानव अंग प्रतिरोपण अधिनियम, 1994 ( 1994 का 42 ) की धारा 13 की उपधारा ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, राज्य सरकार, एतद्वारा , निम्नलिखित अधिकारियों को उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजन के लिए, समुचित प्राधिकारी के रूप में नियुक्त करती है, अर्थात्:-
(1) अधिष्ठाता, अटल बिहारी वाजपेयी, चिकित्सा महाविद्यालय, विदिशा.
(2) अधिष्ठाता, छिंदवाड़ा इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ मेडिकल साइंसेज, छिंदवाड़ा.
(3) अधिष्ठाता, चिकित्सा महाविद्यालय , रतलाम.
(4) अधिष्ठाता, चिकित्सा महाविद्यालय , शहडोल.
(5) अधिष्ठाता, चिकित्सा महाविद्यालय , दतिया.

F. 5-27-2014-1- LV.- In exercise of the power conferred by sub - section (2 ) of Section 13 of the Transplantation of Human Organs Act, 1994 (42 of 1994) , the State Government , hereby, appoints the following Officers as Appropriate Authorities for the purpose of the said Act, namely:-
