No. 2457-2008-2020- L- 2.- The State Government hereby adopts and enforces the Madhya Pradesh Child Protection Policy 2020 for the entire State . It is anchored upon the safeguards provided under the Constitution of India , various childcentric domestic legislations , international treaties ratified by India , and international standards . The Child Protection Policy will be in force till it is amended or repealed .
