क्र. विधान- रा.स.निर्वा. - 2021 ( 1 ) .-लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 की धारा 29 की उपधारा ( 1 ) के उपबंधों के अनुसरण में, मैं, ए. पी. सिंह, रिटर्निंग ऑफिसर, मध्यप्रदेश राज्य की विधान सभा के निर्वाचित सदस्यों द्वारा राज्य सभा में निर्वाचित श्री थावरचंद गहलोत, का स्थान, जिनकी पदावधि 02 अप्रैल, 2024 , सहित उस तारीख तक थी, के समाप्त होने से पूर्व उनके त्याग पत्र देने के कारण , दिनांक 7 जुलाई, 2021 से रिक्त हो गया है , को भरने के लिए निर्वाचन आयोग के पूर्वानुमोदन से समिति कक्ष क्रमांक-2 ( एम -02 ) , मध्यप्रदेश विधान सभा भवन, भोपाल को ऐसे स्थान के रूप में नियत करता हूं जहां निर्वाचन आयोग की अधिसूचना क्रमांक 100/रा.स. - मध्यप्रदेश/ 09/2021 ( 1 ) दिनांक 15 सितम्बर, 2021 के अनुसरण में उक्त निर्वाचन के लिए मतदान होगा.

Bye -Election by the elected members of Madhya Pradesh Legislative Assembly to fill a vacancy in the Council of States .
NOTIFICATION
No. Vidhan - R.S . Nirva. - 2021 ( 1 ) . In pursuance of the provisions of sub - section ( 1) of Section 29 , of the Representation of the People Act , 1951 , I , A. P. SINGH , Returning Officer for the Bye - election by the elected members of the Madhya Pradesh Legislative Assembly to fill the seat of Shri Thaawarchand Gehlot in the Council of States , elected by the elected members of the Legislative Assembly of the State of Madhya Pradesh , has become vacant on 07th July, 2021 , by the reason of his resignation , before the expiration of his term of office which was up to and including the 02nd April , 2024, hereby fix , with the previous approval of the Election Commission , the Committee Room No. 2 (M- 02) of the Madhya Pradesh Vidhan Sabha Bhawan , Bhopal as the place at which a poll shall be taken in pursuance of the Election Commission's Notification No. 100/CS- MP/ 09/2021 ( 1 ), dated the 15th September , 2021 .

निर्वाचन की सूचना
मध्यप्रदेश विधान सभा के निर्वाचित सदस्यों द्वारा राज्यसभा के एक स्थान की पूर्ति हेतु उप - निर्वाचन क्र. विधान- रा.स.निर्वा.- 2021 ( 2 ) .- एतद्वारा सूचना दी जाती है कि,-
(1) मध्यप्रदेश विधान सभा के निर्वाचित सदस्यों द्वारा राज्य सभा के एक सदस्य का निर्वाचन होना है;
(2) नाम-निर्देशन पत्र रिटर्निंग ऑफिसर को या सहायक रिटर्निंग ऑफिसर को अभ्यर्थी या उसके प्रस्थापक द्वारा दिनांक 22 सितम्बर, 2021 से अपश्चात् ( लोक अवकाश दिन से भिन्न ) किसी दिन 11.00 बजे पूर्वाह्न और 3.00 बजे अपराह्न के बीच मध्यप्रदेश विधान सभा भवन, भोपाल में परिदत्त किये जा सकेंगे;
(3) नाम-निर्देशन पत्र के प्ररूप पूर्वोक्त स्थान और समयों पर अभिप्राप्त किये जा सकेंगे .
(4) नाम-निर्देशन पत्र संवीक्षा के लिए समिति कक्ष क्रमांक -2 ( एम -02 ) , मध्यप्रदेश विधान सभा भवन, भोपाल में दिनांक 23 सितम्बर 2021 को अपराह्न 2.00 बजे लिये जावेंगे;
(5) अभ्यर्थिता वापस लेने की सूचना , अभ्यर्थी या उसके प्रस्थापक या उसके निर्वाचन अभिकर्ता द्वारा, जो अभ्यर्थी द्वारा उसे परिदत्त करने के लिये लिखित में प्राधिकृत किया गया हो, ऊपर पैरा ( 2 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट ऑफिसरों में से किसी को उसके कार्यालय में दिनांक 27 सितम्बर, 2021 को 3.00 बजे अपराह्न से पूर्व परिदत्त की जा सकेगी ; तथा (6) निर्वाचन लड़े जाने की दशा में दिनांक 4 अक्टूबर, 2021 को प्रात: 9.00 बजे और अपराह्न 4.00 बजे के बीच मतदान होगा.

NOTICE OF THE ELECTION
Bye-Election to the Council of States by the elected members of Madhya Pradesh Legislative Assembly to fill a vacancy in the Council of States .
No. Vidhan - R.S . Nirva. -2021 (2) .- Notice is hereby given that,
(1) an election is to be held for one member to Council of States by the elected members of the Madhya Pradesh Legislative Assembly ;
(2) nomination papers may be delivered by Candidate or his proposer to the Returning Officer or to the Assistant Returning Officer at Committee Room No. 2 (M- 02) of the Madhya Pradesh Vidhan Sabha Bhawan , Bhopal between 11.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. on any day ( other than a public holiday) not later than the 22nd September, 2021 ;
(3) forms of nomination paper may be obtained at the place and times aforesaid;
(4) the nomination papers will be taken up for scrutiny at 2.00 p.m. on the 23rd September , 2021 at the Committee Room No. 2 (M - 02) of the Madhya Pradesh Vidhan Sabha Bhawan , Bhopal ;
(5) notice of withdrawal of candidature may be delivered by the candidate or his proposer or his election agent , who has been authorised in writing by the candidate to deliver it , to either of the Officers specified in paragraph (2) above at his Officer before 3.00 p . m. on the 27th September , 2021 ; and (6) in the event of the election being contested the poll will be taken on the 4th October , 2021 between the hours of 9.00 in the morning and 4.00 in the afternoon .
