क्र. एफ-4-13-2021 - उन्तीस-1.- राज्य सरकार आवश्यक वस्तु अधिनियम, 1955 ( 1955 का सं. 10 ) की धारा 3 , 3 ( 1अ ) एवं सहपठित 5 एवं केन्द्र सरकार के कृषि एवं सहकारिता मंत्रालय ( खाद्य विभाग ) के जी. एस. आर. 800 दिनांक 9 जून 1978 एवं भारत सरकार के एस.ओ. 2871 ( अ ) दिनांक 19 जुलाई 2021 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए " मध्यप्रदेश आवश्यक वस्तु व्यापारी ( नियंत्रण ) आदेश , 2021 " में एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्ः
संशोधन
उक्त आदेश में-
1. आदेश की प्रस्तावना में " दालों एवं खाद्य तेल " शब्द के स्थान पर " आवश्यक वस्तु" शब्द प्रतिस्थापित किया जाता है.
2. आदेश की कंडिका 3 ( ङ) " प्रत्येक थोक विक्रेता, कमीशन अभिकर्ता, प्रसंस्करणकर्ता, आयातक नियत प्रारूप " ब " में माह की 15 तारीख को समाप्त होने वाले पक्ष की उसी माह की 20 तारीख तक तथा मासांत को समाप्त होने वाले पक्ष की आगामी माह की 5 तारीख तक विवरण कलेक्टर को भेजना सुनिश्चित करेगा तथा विवरणी की प्राप्ति रखेगा. " को प्रतिस्थापित कर निम्न जोड़ा जाता है " प्रत्येक थोक विक्रेता , कमीशन अभिकर्ता, प्रसंस्करणकर्ता तथा आयातक अपने स्कंध को उपभोक्ता मामले, खाद्य एवं सार्वजनिक वितरण मंत्रालय , भारत सरकार के पोर्टल fcainfoweb.nic.in पर निर्धारित अवधि में भरेगा तथा भेजेगा, जो कि संबंधित कृषि उत्पाद विपणन समिति ( मंडी ) में उनके जमा किये गये स्कंध की रिपोर्ट के अतिरिक्त होगी.
3. आदेश के अनुसूची-1, अनुसूचित वस्तुएं में " साबुत या दली हुई ( छिलका रहित अथवा छिलका सहित) " शब्द को विलोपित किया जाता है.
4. आदेश के प्रारूप' ब ' को विलोपित किया जाता है .
5. आदेश की अनुसूची 2 में " मिलर " शब्द के स्थान पर " प्रसंस्करणकर्ता " शब्द प्रतिस्थापित किया जाता है.

क्र. एफ-4-13-2021 - उन्तीस - 1.- भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 348 के खण्ड ( 3 ) के अनुसरण में, इस आशय की अधिसूचना क्रमांक एफ-4-13-2021- उन्तीस-1 , दिनांक 15 सितम्बर 2021 का अंग्रेजी अनुवाद राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से एतद्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है.
मध्यप्रदेश के राज्यपाल के नाम से तथा आदेशानुसार, बी. के. चन्देल , उपसचिव.

No. F 4-13-2021 - XXIX- 1 ,-The power conferred under Section 3 , 3 ( 1A) of Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (No. 10 of 1955) read with Section 5 and G.S.R. 800 dated 9th June , 1978 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperation of the Central Government (Department of Food) and S. O. of Government of India . 2871 (A) dated the 19th July, 2021 , State Government, hereby makes the following amendments in " The Madhya Pradesh Essential Commodities ' Traders ( Control) Order, 2021 " , namely :-
AMENDMENT
In the said order ,-
1. In the Preamble to the Order , for the words " essential commodities " are substituted with the words "pulses and edible oils " .
2. The words "Every trader will ensure to send the details to the collector and keep receipt of the return in the prescribed Form 'B' by the 20th of the same month for the fortnight ending on the 15th of the month and the 5th of the following month of the fortnight ending on the month - end " are substituted with "Every trader , commission agent , processor and importer will fill and submit their stocks on the portal ofMinistry of Consumer Affairs , Food and Public Distribution, Government of India- ' fcainfoweb.nic.in' , as per their schedule in addition to submitting their stock report to Concerned Agricultural Produce Marketing Committee (Mandi) .
3. The words " whole or processed ( with skin or without skin ) " mentioned in Scheduled commodities to SCHEDULE- I are hereby deleted .
4. Form 'B' of the said Order is hereby deleted .
5. In SCHEDULE- II of the Order , the word " Miller " is substituted with the word " Processor " .
