HIGH COURT OF MADHYA PRADESH, JABALPUR

No. A- 3709.-In exercise of the powers conferred by Articles 225 of the Constitution of India , Section 54 of the States Reorganisation Act , 1956 , clauses 27 and 28 of the Letters Patent, the High Court of Madhya Pradesh , hereby , makes the following amendments in the High Court of Madhya Pradesh Rules , 2008 , which shall come into force from the date of notification in the Madhya Pradesh Official Gazette .
AMENDMENTS
1. Infirst and second line of Rule 2 of Chapter IX the words " Judicature for " shall be inserted between "of" and "Madhya Pradesh " and the words " Principal Seat " shall be deleted .
2. Similarly, in third and fourth line of Rule 2 of Chapter IX the words " Judicature for " shall be inserted between"of" and " Madhya Pradesh" .
3. In Rule 4 of Chapter X the words " Judicature for " shall be inserted between " of " and "Madhya Pradesh" and the words "Principal Seat " shall be deleted .
4. In heading of the Form No. 1 to Form No. 11 , Form No. 13 to Form No. 17, Form No. 27, Form No. 28 and Form No. 39 , the words " JUDICATURE FOR " shall be inserted between " OF " and "MADHYA PRADESH " and the words "PRINCIPAL SEAT" shall be deleted .
5. Inheading of the Form No. 18 , Form No. 19, Form No. 20, Form No. 22 , Form No. 25 , Form No. 26, Form No. 30, Form No. 31 , Form No. 32 , Form No. 33 to Form No. 38, the words " JUDICATURE FOR " shall be inserted between " OF " and " MADHYA PRADESH " and the words " PRINCIPAL SEAT" shall be deleted .
