क्र. 22-47-2021 - आठ. संशोधन का निम्नलिखित प्रारुप जिसे राज्य सरकार मोटरयान अधिनियम, 1988 ( 1988 का 59 ) की धारा 65 और धारा 211 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, बनाना प्रस्तावित करती है, उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 212 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा अपेक्षित किए गए अनुसार उन समस्त व्यक्तियों की जानकारी के लिए जिनके कि उससे प्रभावित होने की संभावना हो, एतदद्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है और एतद्वारा यह सूचना दी जाती है कि मध्यप्रदेश मोटरयान नियम , 1994 में संशोधन के उक्त प्रारुप पर इस सूचना के मध्यप्रदेश राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से 30 दिवस का अवसान हो जाने के पश्चात् विचार किया जाएगा.
किसी भी आपत्ति और सुझाव पर, जो कि उक्त प्रारुप संशोधन के संबंध में ऊपर विनिर्दिष्ट कालावधि का अवसान होने के पूर्व किसी व्यक्ति से प्राप्त हो, अपर मुख्य सचिव, परिवहन विभाग , मध्यप्रदेश शासन कमरा नंबर A- 104 , वल्लभ भवन-2 प्रथम तल, मंत्रालय , भोपाल द्वारा विचार किया जाएगा.
प्रारुप संशोधन
1. उक्त नियमों में, नियम 55- क में, उप- नियम (2 ) में, खंड ( ञ) के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित खंड स्थापित किया जाए, अर्थातः-
" (ञ) ऑनलाइन नीलामी की प्रक्रिया या " प्रथम आओ प्रथम पाओ " के सिद्धांत के अंतर्गत किसी वाहन को निम्नांकित सारणी का आवंटित कोई पंजीयन नंबर, ऐसे वाहन के वर्तमान स्वामी के नाम से क्रय किये गए समान श्रेणी के नए वाहन को, ऐसे पूर्व वाहन को आवंटित पंजीयन नंबर के संबंध में भुगतान की गई अंतिम बोली के बराबर की राशि या पंद्रह हजार रुपए, जो भी अधिक हो, का शुल्क भुगतान करने पर स्थानांतरित किया जा सकेगा. वाहन स्वामी को ऐसे पिछले वाहन को स्क्रैप कराकर पंजीयन क्रमांक निरस्त कराना होगा;"

No. -22-47-2021 - VIII. The following draft of amendment in the Madhya Pradesh Motor Vehicles Rules , 1994 , which the State Government proposes to make in exercise of the powers conferred by section 65 and 211 of the Motor Vehicle Act, 1988 (No. 59 of 1988) is hereby published as required by sub - section (1 ) of section 212 of the said act for the information of all persons likely to be affected hereby and notice is hereby given that the said draft of amendment shall be taken into consideration on the expiry of 30 days from the date of Publication of this notice in the Madhya Pradesh Gazette .
Any objection or suggestion which may be received from any person with respect to the said draft of amendment on or before the expiry of the period specified above shall be consideredby the Additional Chief Secretary, Transport Department , Government of Madhya Pradesh , Room No. A- 104, Vallabh Bhawan - 2 first floor , Mantralaya, Bhopal .
DRAFT OF AMENEMENT
1. In the said rules , in rule 55 -A, in sub - rule (2) , for clasue (j ) , the following clause shall be substituted, namely :-
"(j ) Any registration number mentioned in the following table, alloted to a vehicle through online auction process or on the principle of " first come first serve " basis , maybe transferred on the new vehicle of the same class , purchased in the name of the present owner of such former vehicle, on payment of an amount equal to the final bid amount or rupees fifteen thousand, whichever is higher. The vehicle owner shall have to scrap such previous vehicle and get its registration number cancelled; "
