क्र. एफ ए 3-02-2017-1- पांच (15) मध्यप्रदेश माल और सेवा कर अधिनियम, 2017 (क्रमांक19, सन् 2017) की धारा 4 सहपठित मध्यप्रदेश माल और सेवा कर नियम, 2017 के नियम 109क और इस विभाग की अधिसूचना क्रमांक एफ-ए-3-19-2017-1-पांच (28) , दिनांक 24 जून 2017 एवं एफ-ए- 3-21-2017-1- पांच (30) , दिनांक 24 जून 2017 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए तथा इस विभाग की अधिसूचना क्रमांक एफ-ए-2-2017-1- पांच (46), दिनांक 16 मई 2018 तथा अधिसूचना क्रमांक एफ- ए-3-02-2017-1-पांच (48), दिनांक 20 जून 2019 को अधिष्ठित करते हुए, राज्य सरकार, एतद्वारा सारणी के कॉलम (2) में उल्लिखित अधिकारियों को कॉलम (3) में उल्लिखित उनके पदनाम के साथ, कॉलम (4) में विर्निदिष्ट क्षेत्र (क्षेत्रीय अधिकारिता) के लिए अपीलीय प्राधिकारी नियुक्त करती है. सारणी के कॉलम (2) में उल्लिखित अधिकारियों द्वारा मध्यप्रदेश माल और सेवा कर नियम, 2017 के नियम 109क के उपनियम (1 ) के खण्ड (ख ) में उल्लिखित अपीलीय प्राधिकारी की समस्त शक्तियों एवं प्रदत्त या अधिरोपित समस्त कर्तव्यों का निर्वहन करेंगे , अर्थात्:-

No. F A 3-02/ 2017/ 1 /V ( 15 ) : In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act , 2017 (No. 19 of 2017) read with Rule 109A of the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Rules , 2017 and notification No. FA 3-19-2017-1 - V (28 ) dated 24 June , 2017 and No. FA 3-21-2017-1- V (30) dated 24 June , 2017 of this department and in supersession of this department's Notification No. F-A- 2-2017-1 - V (46) dated 16, May 2018 and Notification No. F - A-3-02-2017-1 - V(48 ) dated 20 , June 2019 , the State Government, hereby, appoints the officers mentioned in column (2) of the table below with their designation mentioned in column(3 ) thereof as Appellate Authority for the area ( territorial jurisdiction) specified in column (4) . The officers mentioned in column (2) of the table shall exercise all the powers and perform all the duties conferred or imposed on the Appellate Authority mentioned in clause(b) of sub -rule( 1 ) of Rule 109A of the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Rule , 2017 , namely : -
