क्र. एफ 23-11-2021 - सा- उन्नीस मध्यप्रदेश राजमार्ग निधि अधिनियम, 2012 (क्रमांक 18 सन् 2012 ) की धारा 10 की उपधारा (1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, राज्य सरकार, एतद्वारा, मध्यप्रदेश राजमार्ग निधि नियम, 2012 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:-

उक्त अधिसूचना में, पैरा 3 में और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित अनुक्रमांक और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियां स्थापित की जाएं , अर्थातः-

निधि में धन का निक्षेपः-
अधिनियम की धारा 3 की उप- धारा (2 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट समस्त धन या प्राप्तियां तथा उपभोक्ता शुल्क संग्रहण, अनुमति तथा अनुज्ञप्ति शुल्क से प्राप्त निधियां , मध्यप्रदेश राजमार्ग निधि के नाम से कहलाने वाली निधि में निक्षिप्त की जाएंगी, जिसे किसी राष्ट्रीयकृत बैंक या अनुसूचित बैंक या ऐसी अन्य वित्तीयं संस्था में संधारित रखा जाएगा, जैसा कि कार्यकारी समिति द्वारा विनिश्चित किया जाए ।
2. यह संशोधन राजपत्र में इसके प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होगा ।

Bhopal , the 9th February 2022
No. F - 23-11-2021 -G -XIX. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1 ) of Section 10 of the Madhya Pradesh Rajmarg Nidhi Adhiniyam, 2012 (No.18 of 2012) , the State Government , hereby makes the following amendment in the Madhya Pradesh Rajmarg Nidhi Rules, 2012, Namely:-
1. Inthe said notification, in para 3, entries relating therto , the following serial number and entries relating thereto shall be substituted, namely :-
AMENDMENT
"3 Deposit of Money in Fund
(i) All moneys or receipts specified in sub - section (2) of section 3 of the Act and funds received from User Fee collection , permission and licence fee shall be deposited in a Fund which shall be called the Madhya Pradesh Highway Fund , which shall be maintained in a nationalized bank or scheduled bank or in such other financial institution as may be decided by the Executive Committee . "
2. This amendment shall come into force from the date of its publication in the official Gazette .
