क्र.एफ-1-173-2021-दो-सी-एक्स .- भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 348 के खण्ड (3) के अनुसरण में, इस विभाग की अधिसूचना क्र. एफ-1-173-2021-दो-सी-एक्स, दिनांक 12 अपै्रल 2022 का अंग्रजी अनुवाद राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से एतद्द्वारा प्रसारित किया जाता है.

Bhopal, the 12th April 2022
No. F-1-173-2021-Two-C-X.- The State Government for the purpose of adjudication of the compensation of the claims for the loss caused to the Public and Private property during the procession and communal riots on 10th of April, 2022 in the urban area of Khargone, hereby, constitute a Claim Tribunal under section 4 of the Madhya Pradesh Lok Evam Niji Sampatti ko nuksaan ka Nivaran Evam Nuksaani ki Vasuli Adhiniyam 2021 (No. 1 of 2022), namely :-
2. In the Claim Tribunal, the following person are appointed as Chairman and member respectively :-
1. Dr. Shivkumar Mishra, Retired District Judge (Chairman)
2. Shri Prabhat Parashar, Retired Secretary, Government of Madhya Pradesh (Member) 3. The Headquarter of the Claim Tribunal is fixed at the office of the District Collector, Khargone. The Period for deciding the compensation after adjudication of every claim application is fixed for three months from the date of issuance of this notification.
