सूचना
क्र. एफ 22-05-2022- आठ.- मध्यप्रदेश मोटरयान नियम , 1994 में संशोधन का निम्नलिखित प्रारूप , जिसे राज्य सरकार, मध्यप्रदेश मोटरयान अधिनियम , 1988 ( 1988 का 59 ) की धारा 65, 95, 96 एवं 211 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, बनाना प्रस्तावित करती है, उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 212 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा अपेक्षित किए गए अनुसार ऐसे समस्त व्यक्तियों की, जिनके कि उससे प्रभावित होने की संभावना है , जानकारी के लिए, एतद्वारा , प्रकाशित किया जाता है तथा एतद्वारा यह सूचना दी जाती है कि संशोधन के उक्त प्रारूप पर इस सूचना के मध्यप्रदेश राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से 30 दिवस का अवसान होने पर विचार किया जाएगा.
किसी भी ऐसी आपत्ति या सुझाव पर, जो उक्त संशोधन के प्रारूप के संबंध में किसी व्यक्ति से, ऊपर विनिर्दिष्ट कालावधि का अवसान होने के पूर्व प्रमुख सचिव, मध्यप्रदेश शासन, परिवहन विभाग , मंत्रालय कक्ष क्रमांक ए-104 , प्रथम तल, वल्लभ भवन-2 , मंत्रालय , भोपाल को प्राप्त हों, राज्य सरकार द्वारा विचार किया जाएगा.
प्रारूप संशोधन
उक्त नियमों में, -
1.
नियम 116 - क के उपनियम ( 3 ) के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित परंतुक स्थापित किया जाए, अर्थात्ः-
" परंतु ग्रामीण परिवहन नीति -2022 के पायलेट प्रोजेक्ट के अधीन संचालित ग्रामीण लोक सेवा यानों की बैठक क्षमता 7 + 1 से 20+ 1 होगी . "
2. नियम 145 में सारणी के अनुक्रमांक 13 में निम्नलिखित परंतुक स्थापित किया जाए, अर्थात्ः-
" परंतु ग्रामीण परिवहन नीति -2022 के पायलेट प्रोजेक्ट के लिए ग्रामीण लोक सेवा यानों के अनुज्ञापत्रों के आवेदन के संबंध में कोई फीस प्रभार्य नहीं होगी. "

NOTICE
No. F. 22-05-2022- VIII . The following draft of amendment in the Madhya Pradesh Motor Vehicles Rules , 1994 which the State Government proposes to make in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 65, 95 , 96 and 211 of the Moter Vehicles Act , 1988 (59 of 1988 ) is hereby published as required by sub- section ( 1 ) of Section 212 of the said Act for the information of all persons likely to be affected thereby and notice is hereby given that the said draft of amendment shall be taken in to consideration on the expiry of 30 days from the date of publication this notice in the Madhya Pradesh Gazette .
Any objection or suggestion which may be received from any person with respect to the said draft of amendment to the Principal Secretary , Transport Department , Government of Madhya Pradesh Room No. A- 104 , Vallabh Bhawan- 2 , First Floor, Ministry , Bhopal during office hours , on or before the expiry of the period specified above shall be considered by the State Government.
DRAFT OF AMENDMENT
In the said rules ,-
1. In rule 116 - A, after sub - rule (3 ) the following proviso shall be inserted , namely:-
"Provided that the seating capacity of rural public service vehicles operated under the pilot project of Rural Transport Policy - 2022 will be from 7 + 1 to 20+ 10
2. In rule 145 , in serial number 13 of the table, the following proviso shall be inserted , namely :
"Provided that no fee shall be charged in respect of the application of permits for rural public service vehicles for the pilot project on Rural Transport Policy- 2022 ."
