क्र. एफ- 02-08-2021 - पैंतीस.- पशुपालन विभाग की अधिसूचना क्रमांक एफ 02-08-2021 - पैंतीस , दिनांक 23 सितम्बर , 2021 द्वारा " पशुओं में संक्रामक एवं संसर्गजन्य रोगों के नियंत्रण तथा रोकथाम अधिनियम , 2009 ( 2009 का 27 ) " की धारा 6 की उपधारा ( 1 ) एवं धारा 7 की उपधारा ( 1 ) एवं ( 2 ) के प्रावधानों के तहत भोपाल जिले की नवबहार कॉलोनी में ग्लैन्डर्स रोग के उद्भद के कारण , रोग के बचाव , नियंत्रण एवं उन्मूलन हेतु राज्य के भोपाल जिले की नवबहार कॉलोनी एवं उसकी 10 कि.मी. की परिधि में आने वाले क्षेत्र को " नियंत्रित क्षेत्र " घोषित किया गया था एवं तदानुसार इस क्षेत्र में अश्व प्रजाति के पशुओं के आवागमन एवं इन पशुओं की दौड़, मेले , प्रदर्शनी , खेलकूद एवं एकत्रीकरण को प्रतिबंधित किया गया था.
2. भोपाल जिले की नवबहार कॉलोनी में रोग के नियंत्रण हेतु किये गये Glanders Surveillance में, अश्वों के नमूनों में रोग की पुष्टि नहीं होने तथा यह समाधान होने पर कि अश्वों को प्रभावित करने वाला ग्लैन्डर्स रोग अब उक्त क्षेत्र में नहीं है . अतः, राज्य सरकार एतद्वारा " पशुओं में संक्रामक एवं संसर्गजन्य रोगों के नियंत्रण तथा रोकथाम अधिनियम , 2009 ( 2009 का 27 ) " की धारा 6 की उपधारा ( 5 ) के प्रावधानों के तहत भोपाल जिले की नवबहार कॉलोनी एवं उसकी 10 कि.मी. की परिधि में आने वाले क्षेत्र को ग्लैन्डर्स रोग से " मुक्त क्षेत्र " घोषित करता है तथा इस क्षेत्र को अश्वों के आवागमन एवं इन पशुओं की दौड़ , मेले , प्रदर्शनी , खेलकूद एवं एकत्रीकरण पर प्रतिबंध से मुक्त करता है .

No. F - 02-08-2021 - XXXV . In exercise of the power conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 6 read with sub - section ( 1 ) and (2 ) of Section 7 of the Prevention and Control of Infectious and Contagious diseases in Animals Act, 2009 ( No. 27 of 2009 ) , the Government of Madhya Pradesh , Animal Husbandry Department vide notificaion No. F - 02-08-2021 - XXXV, date 23rd September 2021 declared the Navbahar colony ( district Bhopal ) and the area within 10 K.M. of its radius as " controlled area " , with the aim of preventing , controlling and eradicating the Glanders , thus prohibited the movement and holding of races , fair , exhibition , games and gathering of equines in the Navbahar colony ( district Bhopal ) and the area wihtin 10 K.M. of its radius .
2. AND , WHEREAS , disease not confirm in samples of horse during Glanders surveillance in the notified area and now it is resolved that Glanders disease affecting the horse is no longer in the said area , Therefore , the Madhya Pradesh Government , declares Navbahar colony ( district Bhopal) and the area within 10 K.M. of its radius as " free area " , in exercise of the power conferred by sub- section (5) of Section 6 of the Prevention and Control of Infectious and Contagious diseases in Animals Act , 2009 (No. 27 of 2009 ) and lifts the prohibition on movement and holding of races , fair , exhibition , games and gathering of equines in the Navbahar colony ( district Bhopal) and the area within 10 K.M. of its radius .
