F 12-03-2022- XVII - M - 3.- In exercise of powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India and all powers enabling it in this behalf, the Governor of Madhya Pradesh , hereby, makes the following amendments in the Madhya Pradesh Civil Services (Medical Attendance ) Rules , 2022 , namely :-
RULES
In the said rules ,-
1. in rule 2, in clause (g) , for the words " Health and Family Welfare/Medical Education Departments " , the words " Public Health and Family Welfare /Medical Education Departments " shall be substituted;
2. in rule 11.-
(1) in sub - rule (4) , for opening para , the following para shall be substituted , namely
"In non- empancled hospitals , within the State , referral for in -patient treatment shall not be permitted . " ;
(2) in sub - rule (5 ) , for opening para , the following para shall be substituted , namely
"In outside the State non - empancled hospitals , referral for in - patient treatment shall not be permitted. " ;
3. in rule 15, for sub - rule (4) , the following sub- rule shall be substituted , namely :-
"(4) Charges on account of medical attendance and treatment shall ordinarily be debitable to the sub- head "Allowance and Honoraria " subordinate to the major head concerned except in the case of members of the work- charged establishment where they shall be debitable direct to the work concerned. " ;

4. in rule 16, for the heading , the following heading shall be substituted , namely
"Medical Reimbursement for Multiple Pregnancies.-" ;
5. in form IV, for the title , the following title , shall be substituted , namely :-
"Form IV
FORM OF APPLICATION FOR MEDICAL REIMBURSEMENT FOR IN - PATIENT TREATMENT
[See sub - rule ( 1 ) of Rule 9 and sub - rule ( 1 ) of Rule 13 ]
(N. B. -Separate Form should be used for each patient) " .
