क्र. एफ- 22-23-2022 - आठ.- सड़क परिवहन तथा राजमार्ग मंत्रालय , भारत सरकार द्वारा अधिसूचना क्रमांक जी एस आर -653 ( ई ) , दिनांक 23 सितम्बर 2021 के माध्यम से अधिसूचित मोटरयान ( यान स्क्रैपिंग सुविधा का रजिस्ट्रीकरण और कार्य ) नियम , 2021 मध्यप्रदेश राज्य में यथावत् प्रवृत्त किया जा रहा है तथा उक्त नियमों के नियम 3 के उप- नियम ( 1 ) के खण्ड ( ख ) तथा ( ठ ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए तथा इस विभाग की अधिसूचना क्रमांक एफ- 22-23-2022 - आठ, दिनांक 24 सितम्बर 2022 को अतिष्ठित करते हुए, राज्य सरकार, एतद्वारा , परिवहन आयुक्त, मध्यप्रदेश को रजिस्ट्रीकरण प्राधिकारी के रूप में तथा अतिरिक्त मुख्य सचिव/प्रमुख सचिव/ सचिव, मध्यप्रदेश शासन, परिवहन विभाग को अपील प्राधिकारी के रूप में नामनिर्दिष्ट करती है.
2. यह अधिसूचना 24 अगस्त, 2022 से प्रवृत्त हुई समझी जाएगी .
No. F- 22-23-2022 - VIII . The Motor Vehicles (Registration and Functions of Vehicle Scrapping Facility) Rules , 2021 notified by the Ministry of Road and Transport and Highways , Government of India vide Notification No. GSR- 653 (E) dated 23rd September 2021 is being enforced in the State of Madhya Pradesh as it is and , in exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( b) and ( 1 ) of sub - rule ( 1 ) of Rule 3 of the said rules and in supersession of thisdepartment's Notification No. F - 22-23-2022 - VIII , dated 24th September , 2022, the State Government , hereby, nominates the Transport Commissioner, Madhya Pradesh as Registering Authority and Additional Chief Secretary/ Principal Secretary/ Secretary , Government of Madhya Pradesh Transport Department as Appellate Authority.
2. This notification shall be deemed to have come into force from 24th August , 2022 .

क्र. 1867-2018-2021- आठ. - मध्यप्रदेश मोटरयान कराधान अधिनियम , 1991 ( क्रमांक 25 सन् 1991 ) की धारा 21 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, राज्य सरकार, एतद्वारा राज्य में पंजीकृत किन्हीं भी प्रवर्गों तथा किसी भी आयु- सीमा के मोटरयानों के लिए, जिन पर इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख को कोई कर अथवा और शास्ति शोध्य है , निम्नलिखित छूट योजना बनाती है , अर्थात्:-
योजना
यदि मोटरयान कर तथा शास्ति की शोध्य राशि दिनांक 31 मार्च 2023 तक एकमुश्त जमा है तो , -
1. मोटरयान कर शास्ति की मासिक/त्रैमासिक/वार्षिक/जीवनकाल की शोध्य राशि से पूर्णतः छूट दी जाएगी;
2. मोटरयान कर की मासिक/त्रैमासिक/वार्षिक/जीवनकाल की शोध्य राशि से नीचे सारणी में यथा विहित छूट प्रदान की जाएगी:-

अधिसूचना जारी होने की तारीख से 15 वर्ष से अधिक पुराने पंजीकृत यान, जिनके वाहन स्वामी अपने वाहन का स्वेच्छा से पंजीकरण निरस्त कराना चाहते हैं .
No. 1867-2018-2021 - VIII . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 21 of the Madhya Pradesh Motoryan Karadhan Adhiniyam , 1991 (No. 25 of 1991 ) , the State Government , hereby, makes following exemption Scheme for motor vehicles of any categories and of any age limit registered in the State on which any tax or and penalty is due on the date of publication of this Notification , namely :-
SCHEME
If the payment of the due amount of motor vehicle tax and penalty is deposited in lump sum upto 31st March 2023 ,-
1. the due amount of monthly/quarterly/ annual/ lifetime motor vehicle tax penalty shall fully be exempted;

2. the due amount of monthly/quartely/ annual/lifetime motor vehicle tax shall be exempted as prescribed in the table below :-
