क्रमांक एफ ए 3-33 / 2017 / 1 /पाँच (74 ) : मध्यप्रदेश माल और सेवाकर अधिनियम , 2017 (2017 का 19 ) , की धारा 9 की उप धारा ( 1 ) और धारा 15 की उप धारा ( 5 ) के तहत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , राज्य सरकार , परिषद की सिफारिशों के आधार पर, एतदद्वारा , इस विभाग की अधिसूचना क्रमांक एफ ए -3 / 33 / 2017 / 1 / पाँच (42 ) दिनांक 05 अगस्त 2017 , में और आगे भी निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, यथाः-
उक्त अधिसूचना में, -
क. अनुसूची । में 2.5 % , -
( i ) क्रमांक 102 क के समक्ष, कॉलम ( 3 ) की प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा , यथाः
"एथाइल अल्कोहल , जो की मोटर स्पिरिट ( पेट्रोल ) के साथ मिलाने के लिए ऑयल मार्केटिंग कंपनियों या पेट्रोलियम रिफाइनरियों को आपूर्ति किया गया हो;
(ii ) क्रमांक 103 (अ ) के समक्ष, कॉलम ( 3 ) की प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर , निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, यथाः
"चोकर, तीक्ष्ण और अन्य अपशशष्ट चाहे वह गुटिका के रूप में हों या नहीं धान्य के या फलीदार पौधों के , पेषण या अन्य कार्य से व्युत्पन्न हो [ जलीय

फ़ीड समेत झींगा फ़ीड और झींगा फ़ीड , पोल्ट्री फ़ीड और पशु फ़ीड सहित घास , घास और पुआल , पूरक और योजक, चिल्का सहित दालों की भूसी, चुन्नी या चूरी , खंडा सहित सांद्र, गेहूं की भूसी, डी-ऑइल केक से भिन्न ] " ;
ख. अनुसूची ।। में 6 % , -
i . क्रमांक 48 के समक्ष , कॉलम (3 ) की प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर , निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, यथाः-
" फलों के पल्प या फलों के रस आधारित पेय [ फल रस का कार्बोनेटेड बिवरेज या फल रस युक्त कार्बोनेटेड बिवरेज के अलावा] " ;
ii . क्रमांक 180 के समक्ष , कॉलम ( 3 ) की प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर , निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा , यथाः
" मैथमेटिकल बॉक्सेस, ज्योमेट्री बॉक्सेस और कलर बॉक्सेस " ;
ग. अनुसूची III में 9 % , क्रमांक 25 के समक्ष, कॉलम ( 3 ) की प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, यथाः-
" किसी भी सांद्रता के एथाइल अल्कोहल और अन्य स्पिरिट्स , डिनेचर्ड, [ एथाइल अल्कोहल , जो की मोटर स्पिरिट ( पेट्रोल ) के साथ मिलाने के लिए ऑयल मार्केटिंग कंपनियों या पेट्रोलियम रिफाइनरियों को आपूर्ति किया गया हो से भिन्न ]" ;
2. यह अधिसूचना 01 जनवरी , 2023 को प्रवृत्त हुई मानी जावेगी।

क्र. एफ ए- 3-33-2017-1- पांच. भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 348 के खण्ड ( 3 ) के अनुसरण में, इस आशय की अधिसूचना क्र. एफ ए- 3-33-2017-1- पांच ( 74 ) , दिनांक 10 जनवरी 2023 का अंग्रेजी अनुवाद राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से एतद्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है.

Bhopal , the 10th January 2023
No. FA 3-33/2017/ 1 /V (74 ) In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 9 and sub - section ( 5) of section 15 of the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act , 2017 ( 19 of 2017) , the State Government , on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in this department's notification No. F -A3- 33-2017-1 -V (42 ) Dated 29th June 2017 , namely: -
In the said notification , -
A. in Schedule I - 2.5 % , -
i. against serial number 102A , in column ( 3 ) , for the entry , the following entry shall be substituted , namely: -
"Ethyl alcohol supplied to Oil Marketing Companies or Petroleum refineries for blending with motor spirit ( petrol) " ;
ii . against serial number 103A , in column (3 ) , for the entry , the following entry shall be substituted , namely: -
"Bran , sharps and other residues , whether or not in the form of pellets , derived from the sifting , milling or other working of cereals or of leguminous plants [other than aquatic feed including shrimp feed and prawn feed, poultry feed & cattle feed , including grass , hay & straw , supplement & additives , husk of pulses including chilka, concentrates including chuni or churi , khanda, wheat bran, de - oiled cake ] " ;
B. in Schedule II - 6 % ,
i. against serial number 48 , in column ( 3 ) , for the entry , the following entry shall be substituted , namely: -
"Fruit pulp or fruit juice based drinks [ other than Carbonated Beverages of FruitDrink or Carbonated Beverages with Fruit Juice] " ;
ii. against serial number 180 , in column (3) , for the entry , the following entry shall be substituted, namely: -
"Mathematical boxes , geometry boxes and colour boxes " ;
C. in Schedule III 9% , against serial number 25 , in column ( 3 ) , for the entry , the following entry shall be substituted , namely: - मध्यप्रदेश राजपत्र, दिनांक 10 जनवरी 2023

"Ethyl alcohol and other spirits , denatured , of any strength [ other than ethyl alcohol supplied to Oil Marketing Companies or Petroleum refineries for blending with motor spirit ( petrol ) ] " ;
2. This notification shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the date 1st day of January , 2023 .
