क्र. एफ 3-3-4-0001-2023-1 ( एक ) .-मध्यप्रदेश कर्मचारी चयन मण्डल अधिनियम, 2007 ( क्रमांक 24 सन् 2007 ) की धारा 24 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुये, मध्यप्रदेश कर्मचारी चयन मण्डल परीक्षा- संचालन विनियम, 2020 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करता है, अर्थात्ः-

उक्त विनियम में , विनियम 3 में, खण्ड 3 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित खण्ड और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियां स्थापित की जाएं, अर्थात्:-
" 3. शुल्क निर्धारण समिति.- अध्यक्ष के समस्त पर्यवेक्षण तथा नियंत्रण के अध्यधीन एक फीस निर्धारण समिति गठित की जाएगी जो मण्डल द्वारा संचालित की जाने वाली विभिन्न परीक्षाओं के लिए फीस के संबंध में विचार करेगी तथा परीक्षा शुल्क निर्धारित करेगी. यह समिति प्रत्येक दो वर्ष में पुनरीक्षण पर विचार करेगी , तथापि अध्यक्ष , यदि वह ऐसा करना आवश्यक समझें, तो वह समिति को दो वर्ष के पूर्व भी पुनरीक्षित करने के लिए निर्देशित कर सकेगा, शुल्क निर्धारण समिति में निम्नलिखित समाविष्ट होंगे-

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub section ( 1 ) of Section 24 of the Madhya Pradesh Employees Selection Board, 2007 (No. 24 of 2007) , the State of Madhya Pradesh , makes the following amendment in the Madhya Pradesh Employees Selection Board , 2020, namely :-
AMENDMENT
In the said regulations , in regulation 2, for clause 3 and entries relating thereto, the following clause and entries relating thereto , shall be substituted, namely
"3. Fee Fixation Committee . Subject to the overall supervision and control of the Chairperson , there shall be a Fee Fixation Committee to consider and decide the fee of various examinations conducted by the Board. This Committee shall consider the revision in every two years . However , the Chairperson shall , if deemed necessary, instruct the Committee to consider the revision of fee before two years . The Fee Fixation Committee shall be comprised of the following , namely :-
