क्रमांक एफ ए 3-33 / 2017/ 1 / पांच ( 25 ) मध्यप्रदेश माल एवं सेवाकर अधिनियम, 2017 ( 2017 का 19 ) की धारा 9 की उपधारा ( 1 ) और धारा 15 की उपधारा ( 5 ) के तहत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , जीएसटी परिष्द की सिफारिशों पर , राज्य सरकार , इस विभाग की अधिसूचना क्रमांक एफ ए 3- 33 / 2017 /1 / पांच (42 ) दिनांक 5 अगस्त, 2017 में और आगे निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, यथाः-

ख . अनुसूची ।।- 6 % में, क्र. सं . 137 के कॉलम ( 3 ) में , प्रविष्टि के लिए , प्रविष्टि (ⅰ ) असली ज़री धागा (सोना ) और चांदी का धागा कपड़ा धागे के साथ संयुक्त ( ii ) नकली ज़री धागा या सूत , जिसे व्यापारिक भाषा में किसी भी नाम से जाना जाता है , के अलावा धातुयुक्त धागा , चाहे गिम्प्ड हो या नहीं, कपडे का धागा , या पट्टी या शीर्ष 5404 या 5405 के समान, धागे , पट्टी या पाउडर के रूप में धातु के साथ संयुक्त या धातु से ढका हुआ को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा;
ग. अनुसूची ।।। - 9 % में,
(i ) क्रम संख्या 16 के समक्ष कॉलम ( 3 ) में शब्दों " टोस्टेड रोटी और इसी तरह के उत्पादों " के स्थान पर, " टोस्टेड ब्रेड और इसी तरत के उत्पादों, एक्स्ट्रशन की प्रक्रिया के माध्यम से विनिर्मित बिना तले या बिना पके स्नैक पेलेट्स , चाहे किसी भी नाम से जाने जाते हों" शब्दों को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा;
(ii ) क्रम संख्या 28 के सामने, कॉलम ( 3 ) में , प्रविष्टि के लिए , प्रविष्टि " लिंज ( एलडी) डोनाविट्ज- स्लैग के अलावा , लोहे या स्टील के विनिर्माण की प्रक्रिया में निर्मित स्लैग डॉस (दानेदार स्लैग के अलावा ) , स्केलिंग और अन्य अपशिष्ट स्लैग्" को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा ;
2. यह अधिसूचना दिनांक 27 जुलाई, 2023 से लागू होगी।

क्र. एफ ए- 3-33-2017-1- पांच. भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 348 के खण्ड ( 3 ) के अनुसरण में, इस आशय की अधिसूचना क्र. एफ ए- 3-33-2017-1- पांच ( 25 ) , दिनांक 27 जुलाई 2023 का अंग्रेजी अनुवाद राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से एतद्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है.

No. F - A3-33-2017-1 - V (25) : In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 9 and sub- section (5) of section 15 of the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 ( 19 of 2017 ) , the State Government , on the recommendations of the Council , hereby makes the following further amendments in this department's notification No. F -A3- 33-2017-1 - V (42) Dated 29th June 2017, namely: -
In the said notification, -

No. 137 , for the entry in column (3 ) , the entry "Metallised yarn , whether or not gimped, being textile yarn , or strip or the like of heading 5404 or 5405 , combined with metal in the form of thread , strip or powder or covered with metal , other than- (i ) real zari thread (gold ) and silver thread combined with textile thread ( ii ) imitation zari thread or yarn known by any name in trade parlance" shall be substituted;
C. in Schedule III-9% ,
(i ) against S. No. 16, in column (3 ) , for the words " toasted bread and similar toasted products", the words "toasted bread and similar toasted products , un- fried or un- cooked snack pellets , by whatever name, called, manufactured through process of extrusion " shall be substituted;
(ii) against S. No. 28 , for the entry in column (3 ) , the entry " Slag , dross (other than granulated slag) , scalings and other waste from the manufacture of iron or steel , other than Linz- Donawitz (LD) slag " shall be substituted;
2. This notification shall come into force on 27thJuly , 2023
